Don’t go to Cuba Cuba tonight… This place is a hot mess. The wait staff is overwhelmed, the tables are filthy, and management is not visible. Good luck.

I have been a regular with Cuba Cuba for many years now, and I love this place! The mojitos never disappoint, and my daughter loves the Cuban fries. Cody and Cherish are always so kind, interactive, and make the experience great for me and my kids.

The vibes are off the charts here. It feels like you're walking through a portal to a beachside sandwich shop in Miami. It's as close to authentic as I've had from a casual sit-down place, and will hit the spot for sure if you're craving a medianoche. The mojo sauce is On. Point. Really nice, crusty, warm bread. Most times I've been there the pork is perfectly seasoned, practically dripping in it's slow-cooked broth. The steak is typically pretty good, but during a rush it may be dry or cooled off a bit just due to the line, as one could expect from anywhere. All that being said, it is a bit pricey (but nowadays, what isn't?!) My walk away ticket after tax was just under $25, after tax and tip. Reasonably priced, good food, and honestly, I wouldn't blame anyone for just coming for the sides. The Maduros (fried, ripe, plantains) are fire. The mojo fries, man, those are killer too. And even the beans and rice, salty, citrusy, you can't go wrong.

I loved this place! Our first time visiting, and the service and food was great. Cherish did a great job explaining the menu to us and was super attentive. The mojitos were also delicious. Me and my husband will definitely be back!

The woman with the long blond hair just doesn’t want to be there. I wasn’t even expecting friendly but ahe is just abrupt and rude. She doesn’t care to hear your order and will ask you to repeat it because, well, she wasn’t listening.. There were two tables occupied, no crowd. She just can’t handle it or she could go somewhere else where she can be happy. and not have to deal with customers. The food was good but don’t like to deal with this at the end of a workday.

Excellent! Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere. Great options for all pallets! Really enjoyed. Tres leches cake is a gem, don't miss it! Flan is great as well, thicker than what you know...huge fan of Cuban food based on this amazing restaurant!

This place is excellent! Not to be dramatic but it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a LONG time- the chicken was juicy & flavorful, and the bread and other ingredients were extremely fresh and created an amazing combo of flavors. The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Originally from miami, so we know cuban food. We recently came over from our new home base in Tennessee, where we can get good cunan food. Though we would try this place. The cunan sandwich was good ....a bit on the small size and for $13 with no sides or drinks, it's just crazy expensive. Two sandwiches for $26+...I'll have to find a better deal.

As a new resident to Colorado I found Cuba Cuba HR while searching for lunch options. As a Cuban American I was so looking forward to a great Cuban sandwich and this was definitely not it! The bread was cold and soggy and the pork might as well have been rubber because there was no flavor at all. They load their “special” slaw (which is in no way authentic to Cuba) which is all you taste. It might as well have been a slaw sandwich. Both the pork sandwich and the steak sandwich were tasteless and bland. An order of Yuma fries contained four fries which was sad. This place is definitely a no go for lunch sandwiches, maybe their dinners are better.
