Wow! Amazing food! Love this place!! Not only is the food great the servers are so amazingly friendly. Forget all the chain sandwich shops go to Cuba Cuba for the best food in Highlands Ranch.

I don’t understand why they can’t use the same recipes as the main cuba cuba restaurant on Delaware! The pollo a la plancha here was horrible topped with too much raw garlic. Will never go to any of these smaller locations. (Coming from a Latina who lived in Miami and knows her Cuban cuisine)

Pan con pollo wasn’t toasted and the ensalada cubana leaves a lot to be desired. I know you should temper expectations between dine in and carry out but this was such a far cry from the food we had during our last dine in that I am hesitant to order from here again.

The food was delicious, but the dishes don't come with a side. The atmosphere was lovely and the server allowed us in even though they were 15 mins to close; the only caveat was that the tall, bulky man was rude and slammed the bathroom door in my face without saying anything. Everything else was good though

I visited with some friends and had a disappointing experience. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, and no one came to take our food order. When we politely asked about our drinks and requested to order our food to go instead, the Asian lady responded rudely and gave us the drinks to take to our table ourselves. We were frustrated, paid for our drinks without even drinking them, and ultimately left. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.

Saturdays they have live music and dancing; it’s a fun place. The rest of the time the food is great (if you like lots of flavor) and the mojitos are fantastic!

Got takeout from here, the ropa viejo empanadas were incredible! The steak sandwich was brilliant as well!
