My wife found a tag inside her blizzard, she pulled it out her mouth. You can imagine how that would make someone feel. I brought it back and the girl who made it said sorry but in a way where she didn't care. Will not being going back to this place. I question how the cleanliness of this place really is.
Surprising little location with good service, good treats, nice facility.

The young man who rang up our order messed everything up, plus overcharged us. When I mentioned it to the manager Michael not only did he fix all the mistakes, he comped our entire order. He also gave us all the messed up orders to take home (my kids won’t say no to blizzards)! Michael turned a disappointing experience into an enjoyable one.
Zoe was amazing and so helpful. Will definitely be back!
The ice cream was really good. But, a few of the workers we spoke to were grumpy. I usually post good reviews, but this is not a DQ store we'll be going back to

It's DQ. Consistently yummy treats. Service is a bit slow, and they have just enough knowledge and training to accomplish the task. However, there is clearly no impetus to engage or deliver excellent service.
