When I ordered the food I asked for a water cup. In most places it's complimentary. At Dave's Hot Chicken a water cup is complimentary except for on Thursdays. Seriously, that's ridiculous. Upselling drinks on certain days is in bad taste. I'll reconsider visiting next time.

Always looking for a new place close to work for lunch. First time visiting and ordering from the Highlands Ranch location and it did not disappoint! Very impressed by the size of the two slider meal. Our order was ready when we arrived and was hot,fresh and delicious! We will definitely be ordering from this location again! Employee at front counter was friendly, polite and courteous when I arrived to pickup our order! Thank you for the delicious meal and phenomenal customer service!!
