Our food didn't come out right. They had to redo it. The manager never came to apologize. He just walked past us. He was yelling at the cooks. The experience was totally opposite of what we had when we came last Sunday. Probably not going to come back.

My partner and I went into Denny's on Sun the 7th. Now, I understand it is Sun and we may have to wait. So we put our name on the list. About 15 minutes later, we get seated. It took the waiter 10 minutes to come to our table just to ask if we wanted drinks. So we ordered our drinks, he comes back 10 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. Before we ordered, he said I can take your order now, but it's going to be a while before your food comes out. All around, the service was bad and clearly they were understaffed for the amount of people they had. Clearly not prepared or scheduled properly for a Sunday rush. Definitely won't go again to that location. It was not close for me to get the service we got. Nope.

FRAUD! I tried to place an online order for pickup but it wasn't letting me so I called to order. Lady placed my order and I got a confirmation that it would be ready at 10:18. I went to pick it up and the store was closed for maintenance. I called to get my money refunded since she forced me to give her credit card information over the phone and she told me she can't and that I would have to call the store in the morning to get a refund. Well in the morning the store is telling me that they can't refund me the money since the ordering people placed my order so they are the ones that have to refund me. Way too much time wasted with this back and forth for $30. DENNYS, GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

I was waiting on a to-go order. The old white man 3-29 said he would not serve me. I explained to him that I was actually there for work not to dine, he told me the order would not be ready. I had assumed this was a poor turn of phrase, however after 10 minutes of waiting and the order being 10 minutes overdue I chose to ask the man how much longer until it would be ready. The old white man informed me let the order would not be ready for me, "you people don't listen! And get away from my register all you people are thieves." Keep in mind I was nowhere near behind the register, I had only been standing where customers need stand while they wait 10 minutes overdue for their order. I asked the man if I had done something to affect ask the man if I had done something to offend, "you can go back to your country for one" I love that one, unfortunately I am native. Not that I actually believe Denny's management is doing quality control on Google reviews but I am just glad that didn't happen in front of any children. I will be in contact with Denny's corporate shortly

We eat here regularly since they reopened, the food is good and affordable. But we always have Shayne as our server and he is so fun, always has a smile on his face and a kind word to say. Thank you Shayne for always brightening our day!!
