Dude named Alex was super helpful I didn’t know what the lava cakes looked like he showed me one and it look like he was super busy and he help everybody who came in he looked to be alone please give this man a promotion or something and to add he was even talking mobile orders and picking up the phone for orders dude works his butt off

Dietary restrictions: I am a vegetarian my entire life . It’s great that they offered options for people like us .
We ordered takeout on a cold night and one slice later I got an unexpected surprise.
A chunk of meat ! I am totally shocked at the carelessness and it’s compromised my trust in this chain and how it’s managed .
Most of my friends and family are vegetarian as well and I want to put out a word of caution to all of them and anyone wanting a veg option .
The excitement of dinner and a movie quickly faded !
If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst dominos pizza I have ever had. The people in the store were very cold and rude and the pizza was cardboard hard, had zero sauce and made me rethink ever eating Dominos again

I’ve ordered carryout and delivery from this location many times. For carryout they are super fast, delivery times vary based on how busy they are. They made a mistake ONE time and corrected it promptly. Even in 2024 when groceries cost twice as much I can still get $6.99 pizzas here, cheaper than a good frozen pizza you have to cook yourself. In my opinion the bad reviews are likely people expecting Four Seasons service at Motel 8 prices, and then when there’s an issue they are rude and unreasonable instead of politely asking for it to get fixed. Go work at a Dominos cranking out custom pizzas every few minutes before you slam a good business with one star reviews for minor mistakes.

Placed an order online for pick-up because all I had was cash and the lady at the front told me they did not accept $100 dollar bills (not stated when you place an order). I asked if any of her neighboring stores could break it and she rudely replied “I have no idea.” It’s really unfortunate that at a large chain store you’re unable to pay with cash for a carryout order, it’s even more unfortunate to have to deal with terrible customer service.

Such a poor service . Very disappointed
ordered on the app at 5:32pm and it said 20 minutes and so when we got there the app was still saying being prepped we waited in our car for over 30 minutes and went inside and they said it still hadn't been put in oven still being be prepped so the girl said what do you wanna do cancel or wait of course I'm going to cancel waited over 30 minutes and some and still not even in oven she said ok and that's all . What a waste of time

The manager Lacey was yelling on the phone at me telling me they don’t deliver in my area when previously this week they have already delivered to me. Has to be hands-down one of the worst customer services I’ve had from Domino’s. That is who you have representing you on the telephone phones you guys need to rethink your process and hiring people.

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from Morgan who seems to be the manager. My mother who is elderly was having a hard time figuring out what Morgan had said for the price and Morgan then proceeded to say if she wasn’t able to understand her maybe she was at that age she should be put in a home and how it’s not her problem to repeat her self. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an employee. I’ve seen some bad customer service, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever seen from any establishment. I’ll be contacting the franchise manager and hopefully this can get resolved. Please avoid this store if you value your loved ones!
