ordered on the app at 5:32pm and it said 20 minutes and so when we got there the app was still saying being prepped we waited in our car for over 30 minutes and went inside and they said it still hadn't been put in oven still being be prepped so the girl said what do you wanna do cancel or wait of course I'm going to cancel waited over 30 minutes and some and still not even in oven she said ok and that's all . What a waste of time

The manager Lacey was yelling on the phone at me telling me they don’t deliver in my area when previously this week they have already delivered to me. Has to be hands-down one of the worst customer services I’ve had from Domino’s. That is who you have representing you on the telephone phones you guys need to rethink your process and hiring people.

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from Morgan who seems to be the manager. My mother who is elderly was having a hard time figuring out what Morgan had said for the price and Morgan then proceeded to say if she wasn’t able to understand her maybe she was at that age she should be put in a home and how it’s not her problem to repeat her self. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an employee. I’ve seen some bad customer service, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever seen from any establishment. I’ll be contacting the franchise manager and hopefully this can get resolved. Please avoid this store if you value your loved ones!

I placed an order at this location for takeout this evening, and while waiting for my order I watched an employee who was standing up front near the counter blow his nose, ball up the paper towel, take a drink, and began working with the food without washing his hands, using hand sanitizer, or wearing gloves. After about 5-7 minutes of watching him assist his coworkers with orders I complained to the young lady at the counter. Someone must have told him I was complaining and then he washed his hands and approached me to say that he washed his hands and that because the paper was folded when he blew his nose, there were no germs. He also told me that he has to wash his hands every two minutes, and I said, I’ve been watching you and you never did! The employee told me that I OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW HOW GERMS WORK BECAUSE THE PAPER WAS FOLDED! What?!!!! I asked for the order to be canceled because I wasn’t sure if he touched my food. The young lady canceled the order and handed me my food to take. I refused it. Disgusting!

The medium pizza I ordered was $34 after delivery charge and tip. It was made horribly. Floating in sauce and under cooked. Then to top it off the delivery driver threw it on the porch and smashed the pizza. The gracious manager did offer to send out a new pizza. This will be the last Dominos pizza for my family.

We order here all the time. They make mistakes, but they will make it right. They tend to leave the crust plain without the seasoning (the best part!)Please, please, please, GET A NEW PIZZA CUTTER! The pizza is never cut all the way through and recently there has only been an indent where it should be cut.

Customer service is not good either.. gave me bred sticks instead of a chicken parm sandwich. Only offered to remake and have me pick up again. After it already took over an hour to get the wrong order. So no. You guys suck.

Here I was all alone at 11:46pm after a concert without anywhere to eat. Hungry as can be. No dominoes close to me would do carry out ("due to safety concerns"). I drove out of my way to get a pizza at this store. And must I say whoever made this pizza is the master of their craft. Best damn pizza I've had from dominos ever.

According to someone I just met they ripped this guy off (ex employee) for $700 and have been uncooperative getting him his money. I will never eat here again which is fine because Dominoes food is gross. Wings barely cooked with bbq sauce at least a gallon poured over them and pizza sucks. You’re better off buying a box from the supermarket it tasted so much better. Pay your employees!!

Instead of going in and waiting 30 mins for them to cook your pizza in what must be $500k worth of expensive looking pizza machine either a) go to King Soopers buy a frozen pizza, go home, cook it yourself, much quicker or b) go to Parry’s.
