Asked for a well toasted bagel .....twice..specified crunchy. Got raw chewy bagel.... and as an extra ..cold coffee.

Complete waste of money...and just aggravating. Tried to call them...noone answered...and they weren't busy

I have had this experience before at Einstein's. I guess I am better off getting bagels and coffee at a non bagel place.

Einstein's ...you do bagels...is it hard to toast them? And serve hot coffee?

Seems like employees just lack any pride in doing a good job. Recently when ordering a bagel and cream cheese, the lack of cream cheese is getting worse and worse which is ridiculous based on the amount of $ we pay for smear.

I went yesterday morning and had a great experience. All workers were friendly and got the food out quick.

I got the avocado veggout and the avocado was brown and all the vegetables were wilted and soggy. When I asked for a new sandwich, they ignored me and went to help someone else. My pregnant wife and I will NOT BE COMING BACK!

This place has really dropped the ball. They used to be good but it seems like the employees don’t bother to do the job right. I ordered a Asiago bagel and got a hash brown instead. I requested thin sliced and didn’t get it. And they don’t even bother to cut the bagel in half anymore.

Honestly one of the most unpleasant interactions i’ve ever had in any food establishment, including the many i worked in. I was helped by a boy who had many piercings, long(ish) brown hair, and black frame glasses. i’d give a name but when i asked he refused to give it and instead asked “why? what do you need it for” - a response when you know you’re in the wrong. After his lack of knowledge on the menu, & his poor attitude we still decided to order, and took from 1:40-2:05 for what ended up being a runny shake filled 3/4 of the way, 2 chorizo burritos that were completely burnt and not wrapped, and a bagel that was cut poorly and had barely any spread. Not to mention the entire store was at a point of closing at 1:38 when we came in. Poor experience & poor customer service. 22 min left and we noticed many walk in and leave due to having already been cleaned up.

Service is terrible and the manager is extremely rude. I wrote in to corporate and someone responded they would make it right and asking for my info. I provided it and then never heard from them again. I did reach out to guest service AGAIN and still NOTHING.
