Great service! Friendly staff and yummy food!
We tried 5-6 types of bagel here. Out of which we liked Asiago, Cheddar Jalapeno, Green Chile. They are best. Also there Jalapeño Salsa shmear is so good, if you like little spicy
I ordered 1 dozen “fresh bagels” on the app and I got what looked line 2 day old bagels. Very disappointing

Ordered delivery and it was missing the tub of smear. Door dash only refunds $1.96 for a full tub of smear. Disappointed because it pointless having a plain bagel and no smear.
I know I will get a consistent breakfast or lunch anywhere I find the ‘guys with the orange sign’. If they have their fresh orange juice I always get one for the road. Fabulous baking and fresh ingredients always!

Asked for a well toasted bagel .....twice..specified crunchy. Got raw chewy bagel.... and as an extra ..cold coffee.
Complete waste of money...and just aggravating. Tried to call them...noone answered...and they weren't busy
I have had this experience before at Einstein's. I guess I am better off getting bagels and coffee at a non bagel place.

Seems like employees just lack any pride in doing a good job. Recently when ordering a bagel and cream cheese, the lack of cream cheese is getting worse and worse which is ridiculous based on the amount of $ we pay for smear.

I got the avocado veggout and the avocado was brown and all the vegetables were wilted and soggy. When I asked for a new sandwich, they ignored me and went to help someone else. My pregnant wife and I will NOT BE COMING BACK!

This place has really dropped the ball. They used to be good but it seems like the employees don’t bother to do the job right. I ordered a Asiago bagel and got a hash brown instead. I requested thin sliced and didn’t get it. And they don’t even bother to cut the bagel in half anymore.
