Honestly one of the most unpleasant interactions i’ve ever had in any food establishment, including the many i worked in. I was helped by a boy who had many piercings, long(ish) brown hair, and black frame glasses. i’d give a name but when i asked he refused to give it and instead asked “why? what do you need it for” - a response when you know you’re in the wrong. After his lack of knowledge on the menu, & his poor attitude we still decided to order, and took from 1:40-2:05 for what ended up being a runny shake filled 3/4 of the way, 2 chorizo burritos that were completely burnt and not wrapped, and a bagel that was cut poorly and had barely any spread. Not to mention the entire store was at a point of closing at 1:38 when we came in. Poor experience & poor customer service. 22 min left and we noticed many walk in and leave due to having already been cleaned up.

Service is terrible and the manager is extremely rude. I wrote in to corporate and someone responded they would make it right and asking for my info. I provided it and then never heard from them again. I did reach out to guest service AGAIN and still NOTHING.

I grab a bagel here almost every morning prior to my Ubering and there’s a young man that works & his name is Joe and he’s got the best freaking personality ever.If Joe’s bosses are reading this, you need to give this young man a raise.

No place to sit and enjoy a few pleasant moments! Why did they remove the seating? Not friendly at all.

We ordered some bagels, two muffins, and a cinnamon roll. We asked the to slice the bagels: nope. We were told that the cinnamon roll was fresh: we were give a rock hard slice of bread with crusted old frosting on the top! It was gross. The bagels are okay, but literally do not get anything else here ? I am giving a low review on service as well because they specifically said the cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven, when they were clearly days old. Einsteins used to be good, try another place at this point!

Don’t ignore the bad reviews! Go to another Einstein Bros, don’t go to this one! I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve never seen staff with so blatant disregard of customers. I don’t think the female staff was careless, but she *intentionally* didn’t care what the customer wanted. We ordered a bakers’ dozen, and the female staff didn’t really listen to our order and threw in the bagels so quickly. When it didn’t look like she put the right bagels in, she said “It’s right. There are 13”, then quickly walked away for a different person to ring us up. When we got home, the order was so wrong! I know we should have checked in the store, but I thought it would only be wrong by one. I wasn’t expecting a “surprise box”, and most of my family not getting the Everything bagel that they wanted and everyone having to have some type of cheese instead.

This place feels dystopian. It’s almost 2024 and they still haven’t put their chairs and tables back “because of COVID”.The person taking my order seemed like she was on drugs and could barely work the machine. The food was fine but expensive. The coffee was cold and seemed like it was brewed hours before. Can we all just agree to avoid this place and let it die? The owner obviously doesn’t care about their customers’ experience. They are giving Einsteins a bad rep. I used to live Einsteins for what it was.Hopefully someone who cares opens a nice bagel shop here after this thing shutters it’s doors.

Einstein‘s has run this story into the ground! It used to be a community gathering place; we even had an honorary mayor named Mark… Mark and I were part of a group of 20 some people many of them showed up every day for community conversation. Now, because Einstein‘s has never brought back seated dining since the pandemic ended only one or two of us at a time ever show up to see each other. It’s also perpetually understaffed and very slow; while once there were managers like Kat, who recruited and trained a staff to be a morning welcoming place, now the stretched crew just ring up the orders. The only reason I come back at all, now, once, or maybe twice a week, is because they still have the best bagels in the area. Kudos to the baker, who we never get to see…

If you are not going to have enough staff, be almost out of bagels, be unwilling to add cinnamon sugar to plain bagels, can you at least get what I order correct?
