Einstein Bros. Bagels

Food was made properly, and the manager (brown hair, lady) who took care of us had a very helpful suggestion for our kids bagel!
Truly appreciate the little things like that!

I needed help with a catering order but my app was compromised but the manager took great care of me, helped with the order and even helped with extra things I needed. I was impressed and will return.

Tasty bagels. I like mine with lox.

Too many people doing nothing and no one serving guests. Totally chaos! Couldn’t even get cream cheese for my bagel and the apparent manager looked at me like I had ten heads when I asked for cream cheese….like cream cheese is a foreign word in a bagel shop.

Good fresh food.

The manager was very unfriendly and unwilling to work with my allergy to egg. I ordered a veggie egg sandwich and wanted to substitute the egg for sausage and he was not willing to find a way to help me purchase that without charging me for both egg and sausage. Needless to say, customer service was lacking.

After reaching out to customer service they are working to resolve the issue in store and have graciously given us a gift card in the meantime!

We came in this morning and the store was in complete chaos. We ordered our bagels that were in the case and waited 20 minutes only to be told the let they can’t make our bagels. Really poor management.

Woman working in the yellow shirt (I assume the manager) was abrasively yelling at all the customers that they were out of stock of things they ordered. Food took way too long to come out when all I got was 2 breakfast burritos.

Stop by to grab something for breakfast. Todd at the register is fantastic, super friendly and proactive. He showed me how to get rewards and stepped out of the register to check with me after I got the food. The bagels are super fresh and delicious. Will be back!

I used to be a regular at this location. I come in from time to time and decided to stop in for breakfast, I order my usual, the texas brisket egg sandwich. I get home and open it up, I notice it feels unusually small. The last time I ordered it I noticed the same thing, there was very little meat on my sandwich. Today was so much worse. I open my sandwich to discover that there is literally ONE piece of meat on each side of my sandwich. I'm not usually one to complain, I know it's tough working this type of job, especially on a busy Saturday morning, but come on. At this point I feel like I'm being ripped off.
