Einstein Bros. Bagels

The manager was very unfriendly and unwilling to work with my allergy to egg. I ordered a veggie egg sandwich and wanted to substitute the egg for sausage and he was not willing to find a way to help me purchase that without charging me for both egg and sausage. Needless to say, customer service was lacking.

After reaching out to customer service they are working to resolve the issue in store and have graciously given us a gift card in the meantime!

We came in this morning and the store was in complete chaos. We ordered our bagels that were in the case and waited 20 minutes only to be told the let they can’t make our bagels. Really poor management.

Woman working in the yellow shirt (I assume the manager) was abrasively yelling at all the customers that they were out of stock of things they ordered. Food took way too long to come out when all I got was 2 breakfast burritos.

Stop by to grab something for breakfast. Todd at the register is fantastic, super friendly and proactive. He showed me how to get rewards and stepped out of the register to check with me after I got the food. The bagels are super fresh and delicious. Will be back!

I used to be a regular at this location. I come in from time to time and decided to stop in for breakfast, I order my usual, the texas brisket egg sandwich. I get home and open it up, I notice it feels unusually small. The last time I ordered it I noticed the same thing, there was very little meat on my sandwich. Today was so much worse. I open my sandwich to discover that there is literally ONE piece of meat on each side of my sandwich. I'm not usually one to complain, I know it's tough working this type of job, especially on a busy Saturday morning, but come on. At this point I feel like I'm being ripped off.

We went to pickup Barker's dozen bagels for our daughter's preschool teachers.
Both employees who were working today were very friendly and helpful.
The lady employee halved and toasted all the bagels upon request. I went back to get an additional bagel for my toddler daughter who did not like the cheese spread on her bagel and the male employee understood the situation and provided creme cheese on the side and he even supplied enough napkins and 2 knives in case...
This is our favorite place to get fresh bagels
I would highly recommend....
Expect to stay in the line for some time during morning hours

My favorites are - green chilli and jalapeno cheddar bagels, toasted with butter.
Favorite shmear - Garden Veggie reduced fat

Don’t waste your money at this location !! Four employees “not” working today on 8/8/24 All need to be let go . Ordered a bagel with cream cheese that came with literally hardly none as seen in the picture. Also don’t advertise that you sell bagels with eggs if your employees are too busy chit chatting and don’t even have any made at 8am !! Worst service ever. I guess that’s what this young generation is doing to all these places !! Making them go down hill sad …

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff was rude and ignored me. People who just walked in got there food when they had much bigger orders. I orders one bagel. It took 20 minutes. I would have made it at home if I knew how long it takes to make a bagel and ignore me. One worker was incredibly rude to other workers and customers. Very uncomfortable to watch.

The people that work at this location are always so nice and helpful ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING. i go here instead of McDonald’s across the street for breakfast because of the awesome service and the food is always fresh and delicious.

I must say I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience, I feel it's my responsibility to warn the public. Luckily I was there by myself, but I usually have my 4 year old daughter with me as we always share a bagel and lemonade every Sunday! Over the past few months, I've noticed they seem to be short staffed, and the few staff that are there are always short with me, but never the less, the food is always great and the location is close to my house. I sadly won't be returning after hearing a woman screaming and cussing profanity so loud, I could hear it at the entrance as I was walking into the store. This continued all the way from the time I walked in, ordered, and picked up my order. Safe to say I ate in my car. Had my daughter of been there, I don't know how I would explain someone screaming profanity and slamming something around. Do better Einsteins!

Sunday 06/09/24 when i was in line to order, I heard an older lady yelling (staff member) I’m guessing to a manager or coworker. it seemed as a very unprofessional setting, as the lobby is very open & things such as yelling, will be echoed throughout the store. I felt very uncomfortable with this staff member screaming at the top of her lungs, I abruptly left & took my business elsewhere. If this is how Einstein Bagels wants their employees to act, they really need to close the store & do an assessment on the type of people they hire.

All other times I’ve been to this establishment have been welcoming due to the kind tall man that seems to do most of everybody’s job.

I hope they can get the older lady out of the store to make it a more professional business. No matter how stressful work can be, there’s no need to act like a toddler throwing a tantrum in a public setting.
