I wasn't actually there, duh, so anything I say should not and likely won't result in any different response. So without further ado, This place utterly sells begals and sells them to carb craving middle-aged overweight, or soon to be, hungry hippos, and all their tree huggin friends! 5 stars for contributing to the destruction of trees while assuming that this place using paper based product is being earth friendly. We dont need them to breathe or anything. My children are very grateful for the lack of oxygen to the brain in 20 years.

Today I watched who I'm assuming was the manager snap at the girl at the register. The girl was asking for help and the older girl was so disrespectful and rude to her, wouldn't take the time to actually walk over to her to help. After the customer left she called the girl over and berated her at a quieter, more appropriate volume. I was so appalled I walked out. Every time I go here they are short staffed and overwhelmed. After seeing this unprofessional display of a toxic work place, I can only imagine the staff turnover. Fix your leadership, provide a pleasant place to work and people will actually enjoy being there. I will not be going back.

I Absolutely cannot believe that I saw a 3.4 star rating, When This is The Best Einstein Bagels I have ever encountered!!!! The General Manager Heather, Manager Cameron and The Entire Crew are Amazing with Customer Service, Fresh Food and a Clean Restaurant. Even when they are packed, they never get upset and still greet every customer that comes through the door. I come here atleast once a week and I live in Aurora so that should say alot about this location. If I could I would eat here everyday. My favorite sandwich is the Farmhouse w/ one egg and Favorite Bagel is Everything with Onion and Chive smear. Even My 8yr old and 6 year old Love The place and the Environment and can tell the difference when we went to other locations. Keep Up The Great Work and Don't change a thing!!!

Dirty and gross. Tall male employee would rather not be there and it's super obvious. Floor where guests used to be able to sit is filthy at 8am. You should see the floor under their coolers behind the line. Place is trashed and I dont know how they are in business. Will never be back.

Update (11/9/23): removing 2 stars for how we saw the manager berate her two employees in front of everyone in line, this morning. These poor women were so nice and were just trying to do their jobs - they did absolutely nothing wrong and were being professional with the manager and with us the whole time. We just felt so sad for them as the manager talked to them through gritted teeth. It was just so uncomfortable. We'd recommend that Heather the manager receive some training on empathy, leadership, and how to be a professional in the workplace.Good as always. Great tasting bagels, decent coffee, fast service. No complaints.

My wife went for bagels this morning and was very disappointed. Not only was the store dirty (windows, floor, showcases full of crumbs etc), But there were no products available. This was a Saturday morning, and she was told that it would be at least 1/2 hour before more bagels would be ready, so she went to Safeway for her bagels. We have been coming to Einstein's without fail every Saturday since 2006, but This is certainly unacceptable!
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But literally every time I order here my food is wrong… for example, last time I ordered a garden sandwich, it got put on a plain bagel. It says it comes on an everything bagel. I didn’t ask for a plain bagel. Today, I asked for a garden sandwich again… where is the tomato spread? I just want the sandwich as advertised and it seems impossible to get it that way.

To the franchise owner of the highlands ranch store: 11/11 10am, your manager refused to sell me 6 bagles (in arms reach) because they were too busy making bagel sandwich orders. Isn't selling bagels to customers the entire business model of Einstein's? Whomever the manager lady is, she was frantic, loud and rude. If she IS the store owner, I suggest she just post a sign on the window, "I don't want your business"

Awful manager condescending her employees in front of the whole store. Grumpy, yelling and unprofessional. I feel very sorry for the employees that have to work with her. I spent $37 and YOU FORGOT 2 of my 4 bagels. I WILL get my money back, Now. Fix this, I'm pissed.

Why is there no seating in this restaurant? I took my toddler in to have lunch with him and was surprised there are no tables & chairs. The staff was polite and the food was good - but there was no where to eat it. We ate in our car :/
