I love the place. The subs are fantastic. And not to mention the Amazing managers. Unfortunately there were a couple small mistakes with my delivery one time. The managers solved it with a free sub. i was extremely impressed with their customer service. I will be back.

For shame Firehouse! I was excited when I saw there was a 25% off special on several of your top rated sandwiches. Since everything is so overpriced especially here in Highlands Ranch, I was very excited to be able to enjoy one of your sandwiches again. Boy was I disappointed to receive nothing but almost bread. It's very apparent that the 25% off indicates 25% less meat in the sandwich. What a sham! I have visited this location many times and have often provided the extra change for the fire fighters. This is how we're treated 😠

In an empty restaurant it took three employees over 20 minutes to make three sandwiches. Lackadaisical attitudes abound here.

Came to get lunch on my lunchbreak. Took 32 minutes from my order till it was ready. Would not recommend for a lunch break. Great sandwich but way too long wait time

Sandwich was good, but took over 25 minutes to get it… so not practical for a quick lunch unless you order ahead. Inside and outside has not been cleaned in the last 6 months. Windows, doors, floors are unbelievably nasty with grease and slime. Food inspectors would go nuts.

Called the manager because the doordash does not have gluten-free bread option at this location. Manager was very kind and told me she would let the right people know and also offered to do gluten-free bread at no charge for me since there wasn't an option. She was very nice and I was very pleased with the helpfulness and service!

The shop has ordered from this place 2 times now. There are 16 of us, usually with an order that size you label what sandwich is what, instead they just have us scramble around looking for the right sandwich. Makes the lunch meeting take way longer than it should. We are done ordering from this place. Won’t even order from firehouse outside of work. Lack of simple courtesy’s are going to be the reason they lose our business.

If you are a business don’t order from here for all your workers. Waste of time, drops morale.

You’re telling me that you have people rubbing their hands over some poor coworker and dunking his head in a sink?! The whole dish water got in my sub. Not to mention people catching fades in the back, like where is my damn tuna sub??? Never coming here again for as long as I live on this earth. If I’m in here again, it won’t be pretty. #newWaffleHouse

Young adults/kids were the only ones working. Rough housing, touching each other with gloves on. They did not change gloves and wash hands after touching each other. Is food safety not a priority? Why wasn't there leadership working on Sunday?

Ordered for delivery, whole order had issues. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread, excluded items were included. Sauces were wrong. Shame because I liked this place too.

I used to work and eat here a lot. The other staff were always a pleasure to work with.

We have been here a handful of times and as a whole, we love firehouse subs. This location always disappoints though. They get our order wrong almost every single time, so we know to check before leaving with our to go order. The staff are inattentive and usually caught up in their own conversations. They also allow staff to wear hats with political propaganda. Super disappointing and so unlike our experience elsewhere.
