Firehouse Subs Highlands Ranch

The shop has ordered from this place 2 times now. There are 16 of us, usually with an order that size you label what sandwich is what, instead they just have us scramble around looking for the right sandwich. Makes the lunch meeting take way longer than it should. We are done ordering from this place. Won’t even order from firehouse outside of work. Lack of simple courtesy’s are going to be the reason they lose our business.

If you are a business don’t order from here for all your workers. Waste of time, drops morale.

You’re telling me that you have people rubbing their hands over some poor coworker and dunking his head in a sink?! The whole dish water got in my sub. Not to mention people catching fades in the back, like where is my damn tuna sub??? Never coming here again for as long as I live on this earth. If I’m in here again, it won’t be pretty. #newWaffleHouse

Young adults/kids were the only ones working. Rough housing, touching each other with gloves on. They did not change gloves and wash hands after touching each other. Is food safety not a priority? Why wasn't there leadership working on Sunday?

Ordered for delivery, whole order had issues. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread, excluded items were included. Sauces were wrong. Shame because I liked this place too.

I used to work and eat here a lot. The other staff were always a pleasure to work with.

We have been here a handful of times and as a whole, we love firehouse subs. This location always disappoints though. They get our order wrong almost every single time, so we know to check before leaving with our to go order. The staff are inattentive and usually caught up in their own conversations. They also allow staff to wear hats with political propaganda. Super disappointing and so unlike our experience elsewhere.

I stopped by on my lunch break. The place was not very busy, but Slow service! The guys were talking on their phones at the counter instead of making sandwiches. Then touching sandwiches after touching their phone! I should not have see cross contamination while waiting for my food. There were four employees doing nothing! Very dissatisfied with this locationI waited 15 min for one Sub! On top of it being sloppy! Seriously not cool! Employees need discipline!

Idiots can't even get an order correct. Only this location though. Never have had an issue anywhere else.

Went in to order a couple of subs, the young guys working that evening were very nice and helpful with our app, they prepared our subs in a timely manner, were friendly and courteous.

Parking: A few spots were available, no issues.

Closing time listed is WRONG. This location closes at 9pm! Subs are yummy though.

They were busy so the food wasnt ready at the pick up time, but it was still delicious as always!

Probably losing a lot of business when the earliest pickup time online is the next morning at 1040am when your trying to place an order 2 hours before you close....pretty stupid if you ask me.

20$ for food poisoning… don’t do it!!!
