Wanted to go in and order but the store looked like it was all closed up 30 minutes before 9pm actual close time. Whoever is running the store shouldn’t clean up that early / put chairs on the tables, and make it look like it’s closed.

Such a bad experience, they are tricking you into rounding it to the next dollar to support the firefighters. I said ‘sure’ , next screen was the 15-20% tip. That is definitely NOT rounding it to the next dollar. Very shady way of getting bigger tips. Never going back….

Very unfriendly staff. Like others have said teenagers should not run a store. When I walked about 6 teenagers just stared and didn’t say anything. When I ordered they were very demeaning and were shouting to their coworkers the whole time I ordered. There needs to be 1 leader at the restaurant because it’s full of people who don’t know what customer service is.

Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had at a Firehouse subs! As soon as I got there the sandwich was ready for me and the two young men that were there just had the best attitude! I didn't like the chips I ordered and there was no problem in me switching them out.Then when I went to open my sandwich when I got home they placed the lettuce in a separate container so that "the lettuce wouldn't wilt :)". I thought that was just so thoughtful!!! It made my sandwich 10 times better and I didn't even have to ask. 10/10 would recommend this Firehouse specifically because of the atmosphere and attention to detail from each of the employees! :)

The staff here are awesome. I took my niece and nephew to an end-of-summer lunch, and everyone was so sweet and patient with the kids. They helped them order, made sure they got a fire hat (!) And we had a great time.

Very unfriendly staff! It was obvious that me standing in front of them trying to order food was a major annoyance to them.
Horrible customer service sat in lobby after ordering my food for over 40 minutes waiting for my sandwich . There were 16 people waiting for thier food and all they were concerned with was getting the online orders done and made everyone else that took thier time to drive down and stand in line get jump over by online orders. By the time I received my one sandwich my lunch hour was over and could not sit down and enjoy my meal . I will never go back here again and will think twice about going to any other Firehouse subs.

I never post reviews but I’m just irritated with how people leave teenagers to run stores now and days. I walk in to make an order and I’m waiting for a few minute while two blonde employees one female and one male are flirting by the soda machine and then finally after a few minutes one of them says “are you looking for a cup or something” and I said no I’m looking to orderSo finally the female takes my order and when she does she barley speaks to me she is talking to her blonde male coworker the entire time. Then when the male coworker made my sandwich the meat was cold and they even forgot my pickle which is something so simple. But after that I definitely won’t be coming back. Teenagers are not meant to run a store alone and if so please make sure they aren’t flirting the entire time and can at least steam the meat fully.

Issues I've had here: bought a large drink, no large drink cups. Ask for no mustard, get extra mustard. Ordered a large sandwich, got a medium sandwich. Either forgot about my order or gave it to someone else. Orders here are messed up an unusually high percentage of the time. Today was the last time for me.

I was very impressed! We were passing through town visiting family and wanted to try this out. We don’t have a Firehiuse where we live. Very yummy, I was greeted and provided excellent customer service! And this place was very clean. Awesome job to the manager and the staff!!
