We stopped in here after a visit to Children’s Hospital. I’d heard great things but we’d never eaten at a First Watch. We were a little apprehensive as it was 2pm and they closed soon but despite being quiet inside, everything was fantastic! Our server Tina was so nice and on top of everything. Also, despite the time our food was fresh and quite tasty! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back!
My breakfast go to. Reliable and clean. Definitely a main stay in my brunch restaurants.

We met another couple for breakfast. Everything was predictable and good. Not exceptional but not bad. It would be nice to have some whole plant food options without having to request changes.
Vegetarian options: It is possible for vegetarians and vegans to eat here. It's limited and changes are required for most menu items.
