Hadn’t been to five guys in a while so maybe there was something I didn’t know. But my favorite french fries ever were terrible. There was so much seasoning it was like opening a bottle of seasoning and just eating it. There was so much on the french fries I had to throw them away, which just about made me cry. What did I not know? Do they always season all the fries? Can you not have a choice?

I was in today at 5pm and the gentleman up front who helped me with the menu was very informative and knowledgeable about every question I asked my burger was perfect made a bad day a very good one n I was an the edge about going to five guys do to past experience at a different location I'm glad I did go to night n when I was dying of thirst with out asking I got offered a water cup best five guys in Colorado!

The burgers are good but do not justify being far more expensive than every other burger place. Shake Shack is almost as bad. Also, it is never ready for takeout and takes way too long to dine in.
“Food will be ready in 6-11 minutes” for pick up. Yeah right. Try waiting at the counter for 35 extra minutes. They line up bags at the end of the counter to wait for fresh fries. I watched my bag get skipped ~5 times before they finally finished it off and gave it to me. What a joke. If you are in the mood for five guys reconsider ordering online at the very least.

I’m a DoorDash driver. I frequently pick up orders from multiple restaurants in the area this place is located. I have had more bad experiences here than anywhere else. Every time I come to pick up an order to be delivered, items never ready when I get there. The employees take way too long to make it, and it’s always late by the time I get it delivered. Either that, or the order has already been picked up. It was not picked up by another driver. It was stolen. That makes me even more angry, because now, I’ve wasted my time and effort chasing a no show. Your employees are paid by the hour. DoorDash drivers are paid by the order. It only takes one order to go badly to screw up our paychecks for the week. Do you want to pay my rent? Do you want to make my car payment? Get with it!
