Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This Freddie’s location was below what I’ve experienced! Very dirty booths not kept up, floors have not been swept or mopped in quite some time. Also gentlemen cook staff had long fingernails and didn’t wash hands. After leaving cook stations hope the place gets back in order. Time of day was 3:00 pm.

Freddy's is especially good on Saturday mornings in the winter. If it's January or February on a Saturday morning, you have to go to Freddy's. It's the best, it's a slightly cheaper version of Smashburger

Jacob, the boy working the counter was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my meal and the staff were kind and respectful

Ot would have been perfect, but they missed the bacon in our burgers, other than that everything was good

All Freddy's are nearly the same. I'd stop going cause the burger and hot dog were very salty. But stopped at one today and had a chicken sandwich. Mad decent. Live the thin fries that my favorite part. But $4+ for a icecream cone was ludicrous. I just wanted a lil sum sweet afterwards. I mean still bought it but damn

$16.67 for a large curd and Oreo peppermint shake. I didn't see any gold flakes in either to warrant the price, but my shake did come with a bonus piece of glue or plastic in the bottom that I slurped up thinking it was a peppermint shard until it wouldn't melt in my mouth. Not sure how that happens. Kids on-staff that night sounded like they were drunk and throwing a party, maybe just inattention to detail? Cheese curds were good, and shake was too, minus the unpleasant surprise.

Hot and fresh, cashier very friendly cook came out from the back and told me exactly when my order would be done.

I felt the need to write a review, it’s been so long since I’ve seen customer service this good. Maitland helped me order, I forgot that cashiers could care so much. I was indecisive and instead of getting irritated she was quick to suggest different options.

The food was hot and fresh as well.

I will definitely be returning!

Great place for a quick meal. Chili fries are really good

Fifth time in a row tat the drive thru got my order wrong. Not sure I will be returning.
