Chef was great and interactive. All of the food (chicken, steak, shrimp, veggies, soup and salad) was very tasty. They serve a lot a lot of food...holy get filled up. They did a great job with gluten free as well. 5 stars!
Dietary restrictions: Great with gluten free.

We had the best experience tonight eating at Fujiyama!! Our chef and waitress were both incredible. I had two kids (1 year and 3 years old) that were a bit fussy tonight and scared at times and they were so nice. The waitress even tried to entertain my child so I could eat and she brought him food before they started cooking just to be nice. The service and food were above and beyond. Always LOVE this place. Best hibachi ever! So yummy!
Kid-friendliness: Amazing!!

Last time coming here! Me and my family have came here for years to celebrate holidays and birthdays. We went in yesterday for a birthday. As we got our food and started eating my mom had pulled out a metal piece from the grill brush out of her throat! We then started checking the kids food. There was metal pieces from the grill brush in my KIDS food! This is a serve safety hazard because it can kill someone! I don’t even think restaurants are allowed to have those grill brushes anymore because of that reason. We talked to the “manager “ and she said she would handle it. However as we were packing up to head out the cook STILL proceeded to use this metal grill brush to clean the grill. This is absolutely absurd. No money was given back other than the 2 kids meals they took off from a $200 check. Will NEVER be spending my money here again.

This restaurant has been a staple for birthdays in our family but sadly we won't be back. During our meal my mom almost swallowed a piece of wire from their scrub pads that had made it in to the food- it literally cut her mouth. Upon further inspection of every plate after, there was also a wire piece on my 5yo son's plate. We all felt nervous to keep eating because that can literally kill someone and wire cleaning utensils SHOULD NOT be used in restaurants. The staff really didn't seem to care either. The entire restaurant from entry to restroom and table was filthy. The Birthday celebration was abysmal- none of the lights worked and we sat in darkness. There was also very vulgar and explicit music playing the entire dinner. Needless to say we absolutely will not be back.

Super disappointed book my company Christmas party 2 months out with 16 of us. Requested the back room, was told no problem. Day before was called by the manager, left a message saying if I don’t pay a deposit he will cancel my reservation. We get there they put us out in the public room. Worst company party, they even tried to put other people with our group! Don’t book for a large group, this will be our last visit!

Sushi was good but the hibachi stations across from the main dining area got so smoky we ate fast to leave.

First and last time going here. We do hibachi on Christmas Day for dinner because it’s a random tradition we started years ago. We always expect good food, good service and good entertainment during the grilling. We got average food but the entertainment and grilling experience that you want out of this type of dinner was non-existent. Awful. They forced us quickly through dinner. The fastest experience I’ve ever had. Literally zero entertainment and the server was rushing us to leave. We were there for 40 minutes exactly from being seated to the bill. I hated it. Also. Fun fact. Don’t forget they pre-tip themselves on the bill. Up to you to catch that one. Not counting that toward the rating but don’t let the saki and urgent need of you to pay and evacuate the table impact your ability to read the bill.

Go Welton for the yum yum sauce
The front desk staff, waitress, and chef were all amazing. The food was delectable - get the filet mignon. We were celebrating my 14 year old's birthday and it was a blast. Thank you for your kindness and attention, it made our night.

I have been to this restaurant many times and every single time, I love it. It has the perfect atmosphere and the chefs are the best of the place, they are so nice and funny, they know exactly how to make it and they make it delicious every time.

I ordered steak medium rare, it was like a piece of rubber, the rice was not cooked properly and it is overpriced
WARNING! I'm writing a review because I do NOT like shady practices. If you go here, check your receipt! Gratuity is included (not uncommon) but then they try to make it look like you still need to tip (see pic). It's deceptive and wrong. The math isn't even right! Add tips section (when Tips are already there) shows 20% of $138.85 is $29.16. In reality its $27.77. You may think "its only a buck and change off." No friend. If we paid $202 on a $138 bill, thats a $64 tip, or 46%, all because of how they try to hide it in plain sight. Disgusting. The service is ordinary at best and the food is overpriced to start with. They think their customers are stupid or not paying attention, either way they're banking on you not noticing. Shame on you Fujiyama!
