Amazing Gelato CAKES! Today, I got a medium cup with two scoops: Watermelon and Blood Orange and husband got same, but chocolate chip.

Gelato buonissimo! Especially the pistacchio one.. yum!!!! I will have to go back again..and again..and again!!

I started with the pistachio ice cream bar, which was nothing short of perfection. The texture was incredibly creamy, and the pistachio flavor came through beautifully—nutty, rich, and balanced without being too sweet. You can tell they use real ingredients, not artificial flavoring.

Next up was the tiramisu, a must-try for any dessert lover. It had just the right amount of coffee kick, layered with velvety mascarpone and soft cake that melted in the mouth. Not overly heavy—just a smooth, satisfying bite every time.

But the biggest surprise? The toasted coconut cream puff. Light, airy, and full of coconut flavor with a slightly crispy top. It’s one of those desserts you don’t expect to love, but it completely wins you over.

What I appreciate most is the consistency and attention to detail. Even though it’s a chain, everything tastes handcrafted and thoughtfully prepared. The presentation is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience makes you want to come back again and again.

I’ll definitely be checking out other locations to see what regional or seasonal specialties they offer. Gelato & Company is one of those rare finds that blends creativity, quality, and flavor all in one. If you’re nearby—run, don’t walk!

So many yummy flavors to choose from its impossible to leave unsatisfied! You can pick a cone, cup or specialty for dessert and theyve a coffee bar for drinks as well. Cakes are available in the case for purchase. I got the mini canoli and a small iced mocha coffee. So yummy!

I was super excited since I am trying out gelato&co for the first time however it was full of disappointment. I am an absolute fan of gelato and when I tried here, disappointing. the consistency of gelato is runny and dint even taste like gelato. It’s all melted. I am not sure if it is melted gelato all the time or only for today.

My wife admonished me. “That’s the fourth time you’ve ordered a cup of gelato since we’ve been here. Doesn’t it embarrass you?”

“Why should it?” I answered her. “I keep telling them it’s for you.”

What’s not a joke was how good the gelato was and how nice the service was. First time here. We will come back.

Their Watermelon Sorbet is genuinely the best frozen dessert I’ve ever had, especially as someone who cannot have lactose. The sorbet’s texture was the selling point, as it was as creamy as an actual dairy-based ice cream; not to mention, the watermelon flavor was outstanding.

Their items are super affordable, it’s super cute inside, and they have a fantastic dairy-free sorbet selection, along with a long list of various desserts to choose from.

I remember going here the first time and loving it! Then I came again, and it was meh… then I just came again today and was disappointed. The gelato wasn’t really gelato consistency and a flavor I thought I’d love was so bad I threw it away almost immediately. The macarons also aren’t what I’d like them to be, though I know those are definitely difficult cookies to make. I think a lot of the hype about this place is really just its image. Not a horrible place, but for those who are extra snobby about sweets like I am, I’d suggest going someplace else.

Recently visited the highlands ranch Gelato & Co! Could not have had a better experience! The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and the gelato was absolutely delicious! There were so many different flavors and treat options that I couldn’t decide on what to get! I ended up getting the brownie batter gelato pop and it was amazing! Luckily I live out of town or else I’d be getting gelato way too often!

MM THIS PLACE. This is the one you guys. This is real gelato for sure! The workers are so sweet and so is the gelato. My go to is always brownie batter, it is so good! Trust me, this one has it all. The place is cute as well, open space and good seating options. I recommend this place to anyone. The gelato is true gelato. It stretches and it’s so creamy. I go here at least once a week! Star place!

Outside of the price factor where you pay over $10 for 2 ice cream vs $3 to $5 in Europe, it's quite good, service is meh though as the staff doesn't seem to have much interest in their job.
