The product that this bakery sells is top notch. Every macaroon that my wife and I have tried have been on point. Not only do they hit on the flavor profiles perfectly with each flavor they offer, the freshness and preservative free product is evident in comparison to other bakeries in the Denver metro area. I’m obsessed, my wife is obsessed, and my co workers are obsessed. This is a true testament to their product and how excellent they taste. Can’t wait for other flavors and seasonal products to be offered!

I am coming out of my Yelp review retirement to recommend Honey B's Macarons in Highlands Ranch. This place is an absolute gem! My wife has to enjoy gluten free desserts and it can often be a challenge finding good GF desserts. Honey B's is the answer. Their macarons are a delightful fusion of perfect texture and exceptional flavors. The wedding almond is a personal favorite, offering a delicate and refined taste that's hard to resist. But the seasonal chocuéte flavor? It's like biting into an elevated version of a Reese's peanut butter cup - pure bliss! Honorable mention go to the Fig and Goat Cheese savory macaron and my kid's favorite, birthday cake flavor. Beyond the delectable treats, what truly stands out is their warm and friendly service. Every visit feels like coming home to a sweet haven. I recommended this shop to all my family and friends. My sister even decided to have them cater macarons for her wedding this winter. They also offer delivery now apparently in case you need your sweet tooth but can make it to the store. Overall, highly recommend!Well there it is. After several years: stay hungry, my friends!

This location is NOT closed. The business was sold, but one week later, it was reopened by new owners. As of today, the name remains the same. While I have had my fair share of Macarons in the past, what struck me about these particular Macarons is this business creates infused Macarons (see pictures). They rotate their flavors based on the time of the year and month. I tried the Crème de menthe Macaron in April, and in June, I tried the Amaretto Macaron. The Crème de menthe was my favorite, but the Amaretto did not disappoint! Both of these were delicious! When I visited the store in April, the previous owner shared that the business would close at the end of the month and that she was moving to Canada. I was disappointed because I felt I had stumbled upon a unique dessert, and I wanted to go back to see what flavors they would have in the future. However, in June, I happened to be in the location and noticed an "Open" sign, so I took a chance and walked in. It was shared that the business had closed, but one week later, the business was bought, and there were new owners. I asked if they were doing the infused macarons, and the answer was yes!It was explained that they are rotating their infused flavors, and for June, it was Amaretto, so I thought I would try it. Delicious!The price on this fabulous tiny dessert, well, you won't need to mortgage your home, but it may cost you your beer money for a Friday night, depending on how many you buy.

I give 5 stars, though the average price of the macarons are 3.25 each and not to much of a price change in bulk the favor and texture of the mini desert cookies is perfect and on point. The cookies themselves have rightfully earned the cost. I will be back as a standing customer.,,,,,, ps.. customer service was great the lady in there was very nice to speak with about the large selection of macarons.

Holy cow, these are amazing! We tried the birthday cake, the dolce de leche, coffee, vanilla, and wedding almond. We liked all of them but especially the birthday cake, dolce, and the wedding almond. Looking forward to coming back to try more. Staff is so sweet and helpful and patient while you decide which flavors you want!

I've been here twice now. It was so delightful the first time that I had to come back since I knew they were closing. Their macarons have bold flavors and the perfect texture. I was skeptical to try the pink peppercorn today but it was super interesting and amazingly tasty.I'm very sad I discovered them so late!Truly the best macarons I've had. I've beensearching for a while and these won.

Great stop to get your fancy macaron fix! But make sure you what about 30-45 minutes for the macarons to come up to room temp to allow the flavors to bloom. I opted to get a sleeve of a dozen as it provides the best value. Cute seasonal flavors available seasonally of course. It was Easter week so they have Peeps flavored macarons. Would love to order a macaron tower for a special occasion next time. This is just a storefront so no seating available at all!

We got one of each of the 12 flavors available in the window and oh my goodness they were incredible. The surface was smooth with no cracks, inside was soft and chewy with no hollow spots, and the filling flavors were so vivid and unique. They were all incredible but the lemon poppyseed was my favorite. Can’t wait to buy again.
