I was really excited to try this place, unfortunately I will not be back. The food was very bland and almost did not have a taste, the chicken bits in my bowl were really soggy and gross. I sat down at a table that was dirty. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time with two employees standing behind the counter, one of them shouod have been wiring down tables. Overall very disappointed with the quality of food for the price.

Horrible food. I tried the broccoli bowl and the Mac and cheese. Both were very bland and tasteless. The chicken was not seasoned at all, maybe even boiled. There was service. I would rather make kraft Mac and Cheese at home.

Worst Mac and cheese ever. Soupy. No flavor. No stringy cheesiness and the ground beef was like a crumbled bread/soy product. The veggies ( mushrooms and roasted peppers ) had to have been oit of a can or frozen bag. When we walked in at 1230pm not a soul was eating there....I should have taken that as my clue and taken my family elsewhere

I came here around 8pm. The only worker- blond guy with facial hair- was sitting in the corner at a table. I awkwardly stood at the counter for a few minutes. He eventually comes over to help with no explanation of what’s happening. He was clearly agitated and annoyed. I asked if they were still open. He was still agitated and annoyed. At that point, I did not trust him to make my food so I left. This was such a weird experience and a bad first impression. Maybe his frustrations should be with management and not customers just trying to order food.After the visit, I posted about my experience on their Instagram page. They responded, asking that I send an email and saying someone would follow up. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from anyone. I reached out again via Instagram but they just deleted my comment. This was my first and last visit.

We hadn't been to this particular type of restaurant before and it seems like it's a Chipotle style thing where you pick out all your different ingredients. And then they heated up and melt the cheese while you wait.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
