First time here. Sandwich was good, got the pizzle and added pickles. Employee who took and made my order had an attitude, not really sure what was up with that as I was friendly. The girl who gave it to me when it was ready was kind, however. Sometimes that first interaction is a bummer.

I stopped by here after a mountain bike ride to refuel. I'm gluten/dairy free and saw they had these options, so I figured I would give it a try.

Super delish!! I had the Terrell Davis on GF bread with their vegan cheese, and it was amazing! The bread was soft and yummy, and held up as I ate it (if you're GF, you know what I mean, as the bread usually disintegrates as you go - this did not!).

Their special house mayo is the bomb.

Ike’s Sandwich Shop in Highlands Ranch is a great spot for anyone who loves a huge selection of sandwiches. Seriously, the menu is massive, with something for everyone—vegetarians, meat-lovers, even gluten-free options. Each sandwich has a creative name and unique flavors, which makes ordering kinda fun.
