We ordered from what we thought was Its Just Wings but then when we received our order, it was in Chili’s containers so we’re a bit confused if The wings are from Chili’s? The wings were very bland and hardly cooked and mushy. The french fries were just a heap of salt. If these wings in that came from chili and that’s very disappointing because we enjoy eating chili restaurant. The quality needs to improve drastically.

I have no idea how somebody thinks it’s a good idea to launch a business with this product. Pretty bad.

Disappointed to find out they're not "just wings" as in order to pick the wings up you stop at chili's. Nothing against chili's just reminds me of when Red Robin tried to be a pizza spot. Wings were below average. Sauces tasted better off of the chicken, we ONLY got drums, and the chicken was not seasoned at all besides the sauce. Maybe I'm way behind the times with it being linked to Chili's.... I don't know. Just disappointing.

We have been going to Chili's for years and especially more recently since they closed the Sweet Tomatoes Franchise. We were extremely disappointed that they took all you can eat soup and salad off the menu. I ended up getting a bowl of loaded potato soup which was great. My husband got the rack of ribs which was horrible he only had only 2 the mac and cheese was good; the French fries were old and cold. We ended up throwing the ribs away as they were not palatable to eat as leftovers. Unfortunately we will not be returning to Chili's again.
Well it definitely looks like my wings were microwaved and then delivered to me. The container was melted and the chicken looked like it was cooked earlier in the day if not the day before. This was my first time having these wings as my husband insisted on ordering from here because he’d eaten here before. Never again will I eat here. Very disappointed.
Their bone in wings....awful. DRY meat, skin is HARD as heck, and the meat is BLACK! Don't know if that means it's bad, or old, or whatever. But awful. Definitely going to make a complaint for a refund. Only good thing in my opinion are the curly fries.
We ordered off of Grubhub, and they think they can screw us out of half our order? As you'll see in the picture, we're missing 22 boneless wings. We also ordered something different from what we did end up receiving. We didn't even ask for ranch, we wanted the sauces on the side. I hate ranch. Not to mention to super dry wings and fries that are definitely an hour or two old.I'm a courier driver btw, I know how their apps work, so don't even begin to blame them when they're already going to refund us for your mistake.

When you 1st get there you notice right away it is different from regular Chili's. It is a stand alone building, but when you enter it is smaller version of a Chili's. The bar area is connected to the restaurant. Food was OK compared to other Chili's. The way teh doors are situated, every time some one came in you got a burst of freezing air and we were at least 5 tables from the doors. My Crispy Crispers were only partially covered. Fries were good and ample. The waitress said she was not allowed, due to company policy, take a credit cards and you had to use the table self check out like you can at Walmart. Then you have to get the waitress back and get a receipt. Even at a drive through they take credit cards. This really brings down that you are at a real restaurant. Becky did a good job with service.
SCAM, it comes from Chilis. No way to contact them to cancel the order. Misleading and no service.

Really good wings! Lots of food for little money.
I went to Chili's on 12/20/2021 around 1 pm. Basically the service was horrific. I had to hail what seemed to be the front door hostess multiple times during our stay. Our appetizer came long before our drinks and that was after sitting for 20 minutes. We finished the appetizer before I had to hail an employee down just to get drinks. The food came out another 15-20 minutes later lukewarm; however, we never were given utensils. Again hailing someone to get utensils a few moments later but basically the food was on the verge of cold by the time we ate. We had to call every time to get drinks, utensils, refills, the whole thing. The only time we saw someone take initiative to serve us was when we were sat down, the cook bringing out our food, and when the check came through. The restaurant was basically self-serve only when you were able to hail someone down every 5-10 minutes.
I've order wings from here one other time and they were delicious! BUT this time I ordered the same exact thing (apple BBQ boneless wings) and 90% of the wings were missing sause. Deffinatly a heart break!
Had a curbside order of lunch fajities. Chilis provided a good size portion of chicken, beans and tortias. Provided about an 1/8 cup of pico, taco sauce and a quarter cup of cheese. The fixins part of the order is just lacking. Should be about double the amount. The other gripe I have is I had a Chilis gift card that I could not use on the website.
The food wasn’t very good, especially for the price, I could’ve got better quality for a few bucks more at Buffalo Wild Wings. The lady who pointed to where my food was was really rude to me and idk if she’s a chili’s employee or a wing person. Not worth it and the wings are all different sizes, nothing is uniform.
