Every time I order from this store, they find a new way to mess up my order

We are big fans of Jersey Mikes, but lately we have gotten dry (stale) buns. This is inexcusable, because the server can tell that the bun is stale when he makes the sandwich. Please do better!!

Overall a solid sub, I frequent this place. The fresh sliced meats and cheeses make a big difference in the sub taste. For a fast lunch sandwich, this is a top pick.

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. I walk in and they haven't even started the order let alone took it off the machine to start. I asked for bacon and no peppers and I got neither of what i asked. I even put in "special instructions" please dont forget my bacon because they do every time. Stupid high school boys working so what do you expect. Food was good but service and attention to detail is lacking in people that are seemingly just a few years younger than me

Plenty of variety and the food is excellent. I especially appreciate the gluten free bread option. Placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats only because Jersey Mike's site wasn't taking online orders for my location. Otherwise, save the 20-30% markup and order direct.

The staff running this shop is excellent! Great you when you come in and serve you with personality and a smile. Sad that this level of service is so rare these days but it stands out when you run into it.

Incredibly disappointing experience. They have historically had separate toppings for their gluten free sandwiches to keep them Celiac safe. The manager tried to tell me that there weren’t crumbs after watching him reach in to the topping bins with wheat on his gloves. One of the other employees started to get an attitude when I tried explaining that those bins were no longer gluten-free. Our family won’t be returning to this location.

Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here if you need gluten-free.

I absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s! The service is outstanding. The store is always very clean. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is top-notch. Great job and thanks for all of my delicious sandwiches!

Ordered online pickup for 6:15 pm...arrived at 6:10 and my order was waiting right up front with my name on it. Great sandwiches! Fresh ingredients and will certainly be back.

Terrible location. The lady who took my order was aggravated because she repeated my order incorrectly. So when I politely said that's not what I want she had a n attitude. Then I asked when my food was done was it correct and the gentleman that gave me the food was not pleasant at all. The only kind person was the curly hairded gentleman that greeted people as they walked it. Not sure what's wrong with the employees here.

Jersey mikes has gotten too expensive for what it is. $18 for a large sub??? $7.4 more than a regular? Sad because I used to come here a lot but there are too many new sandwich options nearby that aren’t as expensive and are as good or better.
