Jimmy John's

I really do like Jimmy John's food and usually have no problems but today I ordered from a location I've never used before. I saw the reviews on this location but was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, I was less than a mile from the stores location and it took over 40 minutes to get my order, for one. They really shouldn't say they are freaky fast when it takes that long of time to make one sandwich and deliver.

All bread, no meat, the new bourbon turkey club was tasty, but literally there was no meat except a thin, thin slice of turkey, for $13 extremely disappointing.

This location is got to be the best locations in all of Colorado. Didn't even know this location existed until the other day and I'm glad I found it. Right by my work equals convenience as well. Ordered a #10 jimmy it up for myself and a Lil 1 for my daughter, it came out perfectly. Take my word for I've visited several locations throughout Colorado and California.

I wouldn't support any business that encourages it's delivery drivers to park in accesable parking spots for a medical facility.

In order from here often for delivery. However their delivery guy on the week night is a bit rude. Twice he’s delivered and the first time he snapped “where’s my tip?” Then says he spilled the drinks all over inside the box. Sandwiches were all wet. The second time he snapped “DO YOU HAVE A TIP FOR ME?!” And held back the food. Strange behavior. Think I’ll switch delivery locations. $50 for two subs, drinks and chips. Bit ridiculous.

Ordered a sandwich and watched the guy who was making it eat a meat rollup while making my sandwich. Absolutely disgusted.

You little sandwich boys need to check your tone before you get hurt. The next time one of you forgets your manners at the store and decides to curse at my girlfriend after being an hour late, I will mess you up freaky fast.

Great job JJ in HR. Order was 100% accurate, sandwich made perfectly, delivery driver followed delivery instructions, and of course freaky fast. LOL

Prices have become outrageous here. Ordered a Cajun Chicken wrap, but instead received a Chicken Ceasar wrap that had almost zero chicken in it, and was awful tasting. The wrap cost $12.50, and if you add chips and a drink, it is almost $20. Literally will not be back. This place was great when it used to be cheap, but at these prices, there are way better options.

I used to go to the location in the mountains every chance I got. But since moving here I tried this location(9325 Dorchester St #126, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129) and it's like a completely different place. My beach club sandwich was filled with brown lettuce and even after removing it all the sandwich tasted bad. Like old food bad. Just the one bite made me sick. This place is disgusting. I will never eat here again.
