I went to Jimmy John's today because they advertise a free combo upgrade after 2:00 pm. I was told this location does not honor that promotion. I understand it's a franchise and owners have the prerogative to not participate in a company promotion. But I have the prerogative to not go back to this location. This is not a knock on the servers, they were fine. (I feel a little bad that I was too put out to give them a tip.) Nor is it a knock on the food. It was fine. It's just disappointment with the ownership who didn't honor the promotion that got me there.

Amazing store. I order to palomino park very often, and they are always at my door in less than 20 minutes. Every time I go in the store myself the staff is extremely friendly and on top of it. The store is clean and well maintained.

Went to get my Dad a skinny ham and cheese, that’s it. ONE skinny sandwich. Waited TWENTY MINUTES. Literally gave up. Didn’t get money back, didn’t get the sandwich. Never going back. Freaky fast? For who? What’s your definition of fast? A glacier melted faster in Antarctica than they work.

We ordered two sandwiches to go with added cucumbers but they added hot peppers instead of cucumbers. They also forgot to give us the pickle, which sadly isn’t the first time that has happened. Didn’t discover this until we got home. For $8/sandwich, you would expect to be full when done but the sandwiches are so flat. We’ve decided to stop eating at Jimmy John’s because of the consistent incorrect orders.

I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap yesterday for lunch, didn’t eat much else other than chips yesterday. That wrap gave me the worst food poisoning Ive ever had. I’ve been getting sick since 4am this morning. I cant keep anything down because it just gets worse. My stomach started hurting yesterday but I didn’t think much of it until today. I cant even get out of bed without getting sick.
