I don't like waiting. So I know the good point of online ordering. But this is an exception. Everyone is waiting and looks bad. There is something wrong. But no one is trying to improve. Even KFC customer service seems to ask for understanding and responsibility from the customer. It is not good. I love Popeyes.

Worse KFC ever!! Stopped here at 10:30 am. You would think the food would be freshly cooked. NOT! My sandwich was dry and not at all juicy. I asked for my receipt, as I had gone through the drive thru. He said he was out of tape and would put it in my bag. Not only did I get a receipt, but I didn't even get one napkin!!! Won't be back here again

Overcharged at DT when online for pickup the prices were different. Soggy and unfresh food. I don't understand how this one is still up but KFCs have been closing for a reason: bad food quality. Customer Support is bad too no help. Save your money better off anywhere else. You spend here you gamble and always lose.

Horrible customer service, Eric needs to be fired for cussing out a customer. Never eat here there is a reason this kfc is 2.1 rating. Domingo (the manager) helped very nicely but Eric got mad and just had to get his two cents in. Do proper training with your employees and fire the ones who don't want to work in a customer facing roll

EVERYTHING WRONG.

We ordered three meals, two sandwiches and one chicken strip meals.

Both sandwiches were 1/3 the size of the bun and hard as a rock, the chicken strips were stale and unsauced, the Mac and cheese side was sweet and we suspect was about to expire, the drinks had no syrup in them and were just soda water.

cut so many corners that this place is a circle. Pay $5 add on for like 10 cheese curds. Most of the food is 50% smaller than you can get from other A&W locations

From a customer perspective: Food takes insanely long to be ready. If you order in person it can be up to a half hour wait.
FOOD DELIVERY. DO NOT PICKUP HERE. They have tried several times to make me verify the order when it would not be ready for another 15 minutes and today they would not even let me see and confirm the order until I showed them that I verified and accepted on the app which is not allowed and will screw up your metrics. This place and the employees are super shady. Save yourself the waisted time and potential hit to your account and skip pickups at this location. The only place that come close to this is First Watch HRTC and they are not even this bad.
