Was more than accommodating and very professional handling my situation where I got the wrong order he fixed it, but he also went into detail about what I needed instead of what was wrong he fixed it in no time I assumed I was gonna have some kind of issue because it was a fairly large order, but no issue for Mr. Guillermo. I’ve been going there for years and this is the best service I’ve had since thank you Mr. Germo and Chris, you are exceptional and I appreciate your courtesy.

I love coming to this location and Christopher helped us out with our fry that was missing in the order and he was very helpful.

I would highly recommend the Littleton location to anybody that wants some good KFC especially if you want the original instead of the extra crispy is what I recommend the original is super good.

That place is horrible! I threw the food in the trash. First, of all, I asked for two legs and wing, crispy. He gave me two hard, break your teeth, cooked the day before in old cooking oil, two wings and a leg. Said here you go! No, never again will I visit that place!

Should be 0 stars I received disgusting rotten chicken. ( pics below ) Fortunately I was able to notice this before my children had consumed it. I however wasn’t as lucky. Upon calling the store to ask for a refund I was told that I couldn’t receive one from the store because the “ KFC APP ISNT CONNECTED TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. That’s what a Manager told me. I hope the safety standards improve and that the health department does a full inspection. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

Don’t have the first clue the last time I was in a KFC but – that certainly not the fault of this location! The place was clean, the staff was attentive, Guillermo knows his stuff and I very much appreciated the experience :-)

This was our second visit, and once again, Manager Guillermo and Timothy did not disappoint! We drove all the way from Castle Rock hoping for freshly cooked chicken wings, and these two went above and beyond to make it happen. Guillermo’s leadership and attention to detail really shine he made sure everything was perfect. By the time we got home, the wings were still hot, fresh, and absolutely hit the spot! 🔥🍗 Amazing service, fun vibes, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back for round three!

Top notch employees! As I was getting my elderly friend out of the car, an employee arriving for his shift, after is assistance. As we walked to the door another employee saw us and came to hold the door open for us. Two true gentlemen.
The bathroom and dining area are clean and appropriately supplied.
We're taking our food to go so I can't comment on that, but it's been a nice experience

if I could I would give a minus five......Today is January 14th 2025 the time is 4:20 in the afternoon p.m. I am a GrubHub driver I deliver for GrubHub so I deliver food for this restaurant and other restaurants and it helps make more money for the restaurants and in turn it helps pay for more employees more work so I GrubHub when we show up to a restaurant and we received the food all we have to do is slide the bar to acceptance after that the restaurant is released of all responsibility in the responsibility falls to the driver over here at this restaurant we have a manager that thinks he can impose his rules on GrubHub drivers therefore he wants us to push the bar acceptance and push leaving until he sees the map it is not his responsibility to imply more rules on GrubHub drivers he's very rude just because I didn't go farther than pushing the acceptance bar he starts screaming out loud are you drunk I'm calling the cops I'm taking pictures of your car this is the kind of manager they have at this restaurant don't forget I'm delivering their food and helping bring money to the restaurant and this is the respect we get it's easier to find out who this manager is all the top managers got to do is look at the date and the time and they know exactly who it is he's a Mexican guy wears earrings and very rude he says everything with a sir but very rude I am calling corporate if I don't see a response on this review

Ordered a 16-piece extra crispy. They made it original instead. Had to wait for the extra crispy version and then got home there was only 12 so not enough to feed everybody it's 15 Mi away and they only offer to refund the difference between a 12 and the 16 piece instead of recognizing they ruined a meal and should have refunded the whole thing. Anyone wonder why they're going out of business?
