I have not been at this location before, however, I ordered the chili cheese hot dog combo and 3 extra crispy chicken legs. The chicken was great, but the combo meal was horrible. The bun was hard, the chili was dried meat crumbles and black and the cheese tasted like it was out of a can of cheese from 3 years ago. Terrible. The bun was split in half too. I had to pull into the parking lot to wait for delivery. There were 3 cars, why do I have to wait? Fifteen minutes later, it was delivered to my car. Very disappointed. The Root Beer was good though.

I always order pick up via internet. I don't always get what I want, but I check it before I leave. The employees are very kind and helpful. I don't think that this store deserves the 1 ratings for the stupid reasons people are giving it.

I don't like waiting. So I know the good point of online ordering. But this is an exception. Everyone is waiting and looks bad. There is something wrong. But no one is trying to improve. Even KFC customer service seems to ask for understanding and responsibility from the customer. It is not good. I love Popeyes.

Worse KFC ever!! Stopped here at 10:30 am. You would think the food would be freshly cooked. NOT! My sandwich was dry and not at all juicy. I asked for my receipt, as I had gone through the drive thru. He said he was out of tape and would put it in my bag. Not only did I get a receipt, but I didn't even get one napkin!!! Won't be back here again
