I was initially intomidated because I saw a lot of negative reviews.Either way, my wife son and I came to enjoy dinner.Shout out to Kelly had immaculate customer service, a positive attitude, and high energy.He definitely deserves his props.I witnessed him do drive thru,front counter, and walk out Food to customers simultaneously.
Ordered a root beer float and when I got it, there was no ice cream. Told the girl and she said ice cream broken. Why didn't she tell me. I paid for a float and got root beer.Wanted a refund but husband vetoed me. Had the chicken fried steak and there was so little meat in there. The cole slaw is good tho. We will not be going back.

It took 45 minutes for a kids meal and a four piece chicken strip.I also ordered a root beer float,There was not 1 g worth of ice cream in it because it had all dissipated into the root beer. I would try and go back to get a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for, but it would take too long. Never going there again. I’m really irritated right now because after you wait for 45 minutes for something that should take five or 10 you are a little defeated, but I could’ve made all of this food from scratch In a shorter amount of time.But at the very least, you should get what you paid forI paid for a root beer float, not a cup of root beer that had ice cream at one point.Thank you so muchNothing says I care about myself like hard work

This place is the best place to get chicken in any type of way. I have tried everything done in, take out and even delivery and I am never disappointed. I tend to go through the drive thru and each time they have made my order at the time I purchased it. What I mean is that I may have to park for a few minutes but it comes out hot and freshly made. The chicken is crispy and I order just the leg and they have no trouble in giving me the meat I choose. The biscuits are so warm and they melt in your mouth. The sides that come with a larger order has always been a success with my family or a family events. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The person I get at the window is a gentleman that has almost black hair and not real tall so if you get him it's even better. If I have to wait to have my food made he always brings out my drink and something small to eat while I wait. So please let me wait a little bit.

Rude staff, lazy employees, no integrity or work ethic. Old food, seems like it is microwaved. This location needs shut down, cause you drive up the road 10 miles to another KFC, and it's ok.. Not this bottom of the barrel joke. The wrap below is what I got today, let's just say it went right in the trash. I can get better chicken tenders frozen from kroger.

The size of their sides is ridiculous.I ordered an 8 piece meal with 2 included sides (mashed potatoes and gravy and mac n cheese) and 4 biscuits. I also paid extra for a side of coleslaw. The side of coleslaw was a 1, MAYBE 2 person portion. The included sides gave minimal portions among 4 people.King Soopers is honestly a better option for a family meal.

The man making my hamburger was very agressive and rude after messing up my order twice. I was really understanding and kind towards the mistake and just wanted my order correct so i could eat it. He started cussing and talking really loud to his co workers about me and i did not appreciate it. Will not be going back there again. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I've had some problems with this location in the past, so it's great to see that they've made improvements!Parking: Parking right next to a Target allows for a lot of easy parking, especially with the area in general having a little less volume, customer-wise.
