Not sure what changed - no line - pretty quick service - all the food looked delicious but there was no taste to it - my wife got some salt for her chicken salad croissant & my French dip needed flavor - I didn't even get anything from the sourdough bread or the au jus- also bought a cookie -and it was bland ... Head scratcher - it was one of our favorites too.

I am shocked at their prices. I paid 9.99 for a french dip that was very small. Yet the bigger shock was 3.99 for a brownie that was about an inch and a half across. It was literally 2 bites. They used to be so good but 15 dollars for a sandwich with no chips, and a two bite brownie is too much. I won't be back.

The pastries were good. It was a very long wait time for something already made that just needs to be pulled from the glass case and handed to you though.

Was in the Monday before Thanksgiving. Seemed to be a slow night, and I had placed my order ahead through the app. Was quoted a time that was 20 minutes after I ordered. Perfect.

Did not receive my food at the restaurant for another 25 minutes beyond the quoted time (45 minutes total). The cashier offered me a cookie for the delay. Fine. But then I was also explained that, because of the drive-thru, my food would continue to be delayed. What's the point of ordering ahead then?

Grilled cheese was ice cold when I got it, which wasn't even the worst part.

The man preparing food in the kitchen was seemingly having a terrible day. Plenty of f-bombs, and general complaints about various things that had happened throughout his day. No, I wasn't standing right next to him. I could hear him just fine. All I wanted to do was get out of there. we all have bad days. But....you're in a service industry. Keep it in check.

And prioritizing drive-thru customers over somebody who ordered ahead.....and therefore having a pre-ordered customer wait almost an hour to get his food.... is not a winning customer service model

Best coconut cream pie ever!!

I placed an order a week or so in advance to pickup a pie the day before Thanksgiving, but totally forgot to add dinner rolls. This was my first time picking up Thanksgiving preorder items from this bakery, so I assumed I could just buy dinner rolls when I arrived to get my pie. I had no idea how busy they are with pretty much the entire restaurant filled with pickup orders with a line of people constantly in and out. I will say I waited in a very quick line to get my pie, but was sad to learn that they did not have any extra dinner rolls I could purchase along with my pie. Amanda helped me with my pie and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so cheerful and kind to everyone. She told me to come back to the bakery around 8:30 a half hour before they closed to see if they had any extra dinner rolls then. So I did. I walked in at 8:40 and a younger gentleman on the register assisted me (wish I would have got his name). He said "yes, we have some extras now." He walked over to a stack of rolls, handed them to me, told me I could just have them and to have a Happy Thanksgiving. I totally expected to pay, so this was a surprise. It was so kind of him and I was very appreciative. This location has wonderful staff. I'll be coming here a lot more and this location has definitely become my new Holiday pickup bakery. Thank you so much to the awesome staff! 💕

This would work for a kids' meal, but for an adult, it should be at least halfway full..

Went here to get LO lunch. Literally got two bakery items and a small Mac. Took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get our food. Had to go up and ask them where it was and THEN we got the food. The LO was so fussy bc it took way, way too long. And my bakery item didn’t taste great and now my tummy is upset. So yeah. Not returning to this kneaders

This place reminds me of an assisted living cafeteria. Every customer but myself had to be over 70 yrs old. I ordered the French Dip. The Auju was black but tasted like water. lol

The turkey, bacon, avocado on sourdough is delicious. The turkey is the real thing, not processed. Baked items are good but German sweet chocolate items are devils food or just chocolate with traditional German sweet chocolate cake frosting (coconut, pecan). The waiter didn’t know what German sweet chocolate was but the other staff person insisted the baked item was German sweet chocolate. She obviously didn’t know what German sweet chocolate was either.

Always a favorite! Chicken salad on croissant is hearty and light. The Balsamic vinaigrette for the little side salad is delicious. Cannot go wrong to feed a variety of palates at Kneaders.

Drink machine not working and want told. Paid for 2 drinks and had to go buy a drink somewhere else after eating. They really should warn you the machine isn't working or refund for the drinks. They really didn't care

While the food is usually pretty tasty they are almost always late for order ahead. The line to check in to pick up an order is often slow and adds to the wait. I often receive my Togo order a sold 10 is not 15 minutes later than the estimated 20 minute wait. Pack your patience when deciding to eat here and do not trust the ready time for Togo food. The food is good, but the inability to get in and out quickly makes it difficult to make this a regular spot during a busy work week.
