The service was amazing. Adam was very kind and patient when we took longer to come up with our order the cleanliness of this place was amazing

No gluten free options at all. They seem to always be out of coffee inside

The employees makes you feel welcome and are always kind. This alone will keep me coming back. The food is fresh, bakery items are delicious and remind me of home baked items. Yummy soups. Nice to have close to home - sometimes a bit too tempting to run and grab a sweet treat!

Had 45 minutes before I needed to be at a conference, so thought to grab a sandwich and coffee. Waited so long in drive thru that I ended up being 10 min late for my event.French dip was so dang salty I tossed it and coffee was cold. I've been to Kneaders in Colorado Springs so I guess I had higher expectations.

You changed the syrup for the French toast and neither I nor any of my staff like it nearly as much. Go back to the old syrup recipe and I'll bump you up to 5 star.

Have liked other Kneaders but this one is rundown and slow. Took 28 minutes to get our lunch and it was even busy.

Very cheap on the sauce ? most of my sandwich had no spread sauce at
Kneaders has great customer service. The employees are always smiling and happy. It's nice to go to a restaurant where the employees appear to enjoy their jobs. The food is good as well.
Good atmosphere, but over priced for sure. $6 latte was watered down and lacked any character. Can't recommend.

Love, love, love this place. Best franchise bakery I've ever had; everything from breakfast, to soup and sandwiches, to pastries. You cannot find much better than kneaders.
I got more bread than actual turkey and fillings in my sandwich. If you are going to make me wait 10 minutes in line, being your only customer I expect the best sandwich in Denver. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was left with 2 slices of tomato with the hard center bit still in it. 1 slice of cheese and some bits of turkey. For $20 I at least expect every bite to have an even amount of cheese, meat and veggies. Next time I'll go to the target next door, at least I know their sandwiches will be filling...
