Yesterday was national donut day. My kids and I were driving home and saw 2 gentlemen holding up free donuts sign so we decided to stop in. When entering one of the employees grabbed the door for us. Another one behind the counter told us good morning and yet another was standing behind a table full of fresh donuts and handed us all one. They even got us water and a bag for the donut we didn’t finish! I told my husband how shocking the service was. And they were so kind! Makes you want to only give business to them when going for donuts! Over and above exceptional service!!!!
Profit margins must be insane. 6 regular, non-filled donuts was over $18.
Wow. $4 Donut's. They are good, but not that good. And they want a tip on top of outrageous prices.
Came in to try this place for the first time with my kids. We were given STALE donuts (we took them to go). The man who assisted us was bothered by our indecision..he told us not to come in the morning when it's busy because we didn't know what we wanted..
I am officially done with these folks. I purchased 3 specialty and 3 regular donuts and price was $25. I like their donuts, but I am priced out. You can get good donuts at supers or Safeway for 1/4 the price.
The location in Englewood, Colorado has the WORST customer service in the entire world! They are rude and slow.
They have become too expensive and haven’t changed anything! 8 donuts for $25– sadly can’t afford that!!

I guess it's Allright if you're into donuts. Not anywhere near as good as Krispy creme but I'm into coffee ... Starbucks is right next door.
