My favorite donut shop. Love the long johns with white fluff. Staff is always pleasant and talk to me one and one with a smile. It is expensive but what isn't these days.

Stopped by after church on a Sunday and Lucas was so patient, helpful, kind, and ran to the back to satisfy our order needs. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was very attentive and welcoming to all who entered this establishment. Our family loves the donuts here and are all able to find something that pleases the tastebuds. It's affordable, delicious, and a clean establishment with great service.

My brother went in this morning to grab a "manager's dozen". He waited in line was greeted with the usual hurry up what do you want? He started responding when he was rudely cut off and told sorry I don't speak your language and walked away. He told the employee that he was speaking English and although that is his second language it was understandable. He apologized for not speaking the language perfectly but was reading off the list in English. The employee was miraculously able to give him his dozen in different size boxes (yes more than one). A couple squished on purpose and somehow overcharged his card . Never going back to a place where racism is ok.

Placed a large order online for a timely pickup to avoid the Sunday morning rush. When I get there the order isn’t ready! 10 minutes later I get a lame excuse from the manager that it wasn’t her fault because the order didn’t come through and “ding them”. We placed it the day before!! I asked if there was something she could do she said no. Took my number so the regional manager could call. No call yet. Will update if so. The worse part is they charged $7 more per dozen donuts when you order online. I watched 4 in person customers get service faster than me only to pay a substantially more. The order finally came and when I got home discovered it was incorrect and we were short a donut! The poor customer service from the manager was insult to injury. Will not be giving more business to Lamar’s unless they show they actually care about customer service.UPDATE: Received a call from management and an apology. They made things right and took the time to understand me. I get that you can't always get things right, but you can always do your best to make things right and LaMar's Donuts did so. Thank you.

Very expensive!!!!!!!! $4.60 for a cake doughnut really people??? Manager maybe tell your staff to let customers know it's much more unless you buy a dozen. I can't imagine a dozen is $56. I feel totally ripped off. I'm sorry but that is ludicrous!

LaMar's was recommended to us from a friend. It definitely was a good idea to check this place out as the donuts and coffee were great! Service was very quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and a nice place to enjoy breakfast. We will definitely be back!

I love the coffee but you guys have messed up my very simple order 3 times in a row now. So I won't be going
LaMar's Donuts serves up a good but not great donut. In my many visits the staff has always been polite and relatively efficient. I give good marks for knowing they have more donuts in the back and will get them if the front runs out, not every place has that kind of awareness. My only knock is that sometimes the line is slow and backs up.I would describe the donuts as being in the same spectrum as KS ones, but a notch better.The place is crowded and most people take away their order. I do not think it would be enjoyable to eat there.

What a rip off 2.72 for a cake donut and $4.04 on line and there not that great of donut. The prices seem to go up weekly.
