We came in to celebrate a milestone birthday with the whole family, including 3 eight year old boys and a nine year old boy. Doug took care of all of us and was so sweet to the boys and seemed to know right away how to work with them. He was busy but never seemed too busy for us. It is so nice to see such excellent customer service.

Kinda understaffed these days - one waitress for the entire restaurant during lunch. She did the best she could, but it was clearly a 3 or 4 person job. Lansdowne is comfort food served big, so if that's what you're looking for - you won't starve. Have the corned beef sandwich for lunch and you won't need anymore food until breakfast the next day.

0 stars. Courtney the “waitress” took credit card information and cleared out account. Owner will not call back to reimburse. Food/drinks is garbage as well. Not even close to an Irish pub (nice try). Better restaurants to choose from in same area.

Used to be our favorite place to go until recently. Tried to use a gift card and when we gave it to her she came back and said it didn’t work. When we tried to use the next day it had insufficient funds. Only time gift card was out of our sight and then an unauthorized purchase showed up on account. Don’t want to accuse anyone but sure is weird??? Even left a great tip. Won’t be going back there.

If only they had calorie listings for their food then they'd be beyond perfect.

This place is great! I love the food here and the service is always amazing! They even have fun events like karaoke on the weekend!

My son and I stopped by for lunch. Calamari was great. I had Shepards Lie and he had salmon. Both were great and we would def come back.

Pretty large bar and an expansive menu. I think they are trying to seem more upscale than they are, so it feels a little pretentious to me. Overall it’s a great spot. I wish they had more of an English or Irish identity, like offering Irish car bomb shots on happy hour, or serving corned beef and cabbage, but maybe that’s the wrong thing to ask for in Highlands Ranch. Major shout to Courtney, she’s super sweet and a great bartender.

The soggiest, undercooked, and bland fish and chips I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. The tartar sauce was so sour it was inedible. The only good part were the fries and even those were soggier than the everglades.

Great little place. Come here with my family for birthdays, holidays, etc. The service has always been great. They have a back room that has a fireplace/ library that is pretty cool for big tables.

Nice place, great atmosphere and service. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, both ordered fish and chips. The fish was soggy and disgusting. It seemed like it had been made the day before and warmed up. We had heard really good things about the place too. Very disappointed.

On Friday night Dec. 1, I ordered a gin and tonic. Normally I order beer here but I felt like a G&T. The drink was terrible because the tonic water was totally flat. I told the waiter and he said that a new drink would be coming. When he came back, he said the bartender refused to give me a new drink. Pathetic! In the end, the waiter dropped the charge from our bill but he may have paid for the horrible drink himself. Also, the atmosphere was terrible with the empty restaurant fully lit and vacuuming going on at 9 pm. I won't come back except for St. Patrick's Day which they do well and I will only drink beer since they can't pour a cocktail.
