We love this Franklin LePeep location. We actually stumbled upon it in search of a breakfast/lunch place. Our meals are always cooked to perfection and served promptly. We are now regulars. Oh and ask for Alex, he’s fantastic. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Note… 98 health score. 🤗

First time at this location. Food was great, as always, and service was exceptional. Wait staff brought me a carafe of diet soda. I didn't even know that was a possibility! Noce to not have to ask for a multiple refills.
They do scrambled eggs really well.

I went to La Peep with some girlfriends, and now I totally get why they rave about this place! The food was amazing, and the staff was super kind. Our server, Amy, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back!
