For the most part the food is really tasty and the service is good. My son and I really enjoy going to this location. The staff is most of the time really friendly and are very attentive. So far only once out the 6 times we have visited in the last month which was our last visit our server just flat out kept on ignoring us. She seemed to only be focused on the older couples in the restaurant. My drink was never filled. Never asked if we wanted more chips. It took her about 10...
They used to be great. But just average now. They focus on high volume instead of high quality. Really expensive average lazy Mexican food. The pre-make enchiladas and chile rellenos. That’s why the cheese isn’t gooey.
For years, this has been our favorite Mexican restaurant for Fajitas in the South Metro.
This visit revealed 1/3 to 1/2 less Chicken, definitely not Breast meat. Their plate of fixins (beans, rice, cheese pico, sour cream & guac remains unchanged) and is still great.
Maybe they were training a new cook, we'll give it one more visit and report back.
