Main Event Highlands Ranch

Waited in a long line to get tickets, the guy didn’t give us wristbands for the all included pass. Waited 45 minutes to bowl the bowling alley broke. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for a couple of salads for lunch then when we realized we didn’t have the right wristbands, the manager did absolutely nothing about it so essentially I paid $200 for absolutely nothing we got to complete not one of the activities I had to leave because I only had three hours to be there so the only remedy was a free laser tag which was completely insufficient. And all they could say to me was sorry. Nobody told me I had to keep the receipt to make sure I wasn’t going to get ripped off. They were completely understaffed. I am so disappointed. I’ve been here many times we’ve done birthday parties here. I’ve never had an experience like this or been treated this poorly, on the last day of summer that I took off of work to spend the full day with my kids. So disappointed never coming back.

It's always fun. Except this last time on Monday nights unlimited play night, lots of games weren't working. Screens shutting off, parts missing, needed lots of service help. Other patrons were not well behaved and that changed the atmosphere. Not as family friendly as usual.

So many good arcade games and kids spent every minute playing some or other game for full 2 hours. Totally worth it.

Went for 1 hr of bowling. Very up to date lanes. Easy for a smaller child.

Clean. Friendly customer service. Good place to take the kids on a rainy day. The customer service gets a little backed up. Other than that, an ideal spot for family fun

I celebrated my birthday here, and i just want to say that the server JAYCE OR JC (i dont know how to spell it) made my night even more memorable. she truly is a kind person and it shines through her work. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE

They have great servers in the bar/pool table area. Jacy is the best. She is always checking in to see if we want more drinks or food. Their food is way above other bowling alleys. Better than some restaurants too.

Jacy was our waitress and was really great. 5 star review for her. She attended to every need we had and was quick to bring us our food and drinks. will ask for her next time we come.

My son and I recently visited Main Event Highlands Ranch and were impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. Our waitress, Jacy, was exceptional. We had a food allergy in the group and she truly cared and made suggestions to accommodate. Great Job Jacy!!!

Food is alright, typical bar food, But pizza is amazing. Love their unlimited Lazer tag, bowling, and climbing combo.
