My family was at a 7-year-old birthday party at main event in Highlands ranch when we were treated with unexpected racism and derogatory comments we were accused of stealing chicken that mind you my wife was at the register complaining about with it to the employees the server took upon herself to push past a 2 year old and walk over there and tell them that we were trying to still chicken not knowing that the chicken was there on the counter being complained about for unsatisfactory reasons we proceeded to speak with management when we were intercepted by an lgbtq employee that was in defense of his co-worker that was in the wrong with her accusations the lgbtq member proceeded to antagonize me by clacking his fingers in my face I asked him to stop over three times he continued and was shoved the Douglas county Police department was called and arrived as we were being escorted out of the building our family over 13,14 members including multiple kids under the age of 10 when Douglas county arrived where were automatically insinuated as the guilty partywe were detained and told not to move until the investigation was complete which I guess was them running back the cameras when the sergeant came back after being extremely rude to my wife he told us that we could just leave after the whole situation we were not granted the satisfactory of speaking with management or the satisfactory of an apology from any of the staff after being accused of stealing chicken let me remind you my family is black it was extremely derogatory the staff had regular customers in there that were taking their size I will show up to buy a customer that was at the bar because he chose the side of the lgbtq at the end of the day this is more sad and disappointing then frustrating especially coming from a family friendly establishment such as main event the 2-year-old was pushed without no consequences to the staff well we asked to speak with management we were given the number to HR like there wasn't no manager in the building there was no probable cause there was no criminal actions from my family side it was a kid's birthday party this is extremely unacceptable I will never return there I will be proceeding to climb the chain of command until my family receives Justice this was a 7-year-old's birthday party he will be forever traumatized of how his party turned out that we were falsely accused of stealing chicken my family feels extremely discriminated against all the kids are sad and we still paid for the party with no compensation for the accusation the staff that pushed the child's name was riah she was extremely rude and racist along with the lgbtq member this is not okay for an establishment to be this way towards black members of the community we feel mistreated discriminated against and much more I feel this is a 7th birthday he will not forget

Not really what was expected. Went for a work event. Boss had rented a lane and seems we were cut short on the time frame given. Food came fast though co workers weren't all fans of what was provided. Will have to try again se other time.

My brother and I have visited here about 6 times we enjoyed are visits the place is clean and the staff is friendly it gets quite busy on the weekends bowling is fun the arcade is awesome

We had our son's 7th bday party here, overall it was great and we'd like to shout out Dawson for all his help - what a great host! My only complaints are that the laser tag felt somewhat disorganized and the party area is really loud (also a good thing with a bunch of 6-7yro boys!). But in the end, the kids had a blast which was the goal and we got to celebrate a birthday.

It was tough to keep the kids together (especially in the arcade) - but we used the buddy system and had a few parents that helped.

The food was also surprisingly good. We've been to bdays a lot of places, this was the best pizza of any of them by a good margin.

Kids had a great time, staff were beyond helpful

JACY IS THE BEST!! She is such a wonderful person and kind server! We love her and come here because of her! She always has a smile! She connects with her customers and gives the best service!

There is not enough names. I can remember of all the staff here, but here I go, Toffee, Lonnie, Mama Lisa.. Also, the girls at the counter for the prizes were so amazing and the upper staff this place is so fun and everybody has the best hospitality. I highly recommend it and I hope you go!

Dylan and Amanda, and Lisa were amazing workers , Conner was an amazing host great guy. food was great. Ashley was a dope a manager real friendly.

This place is reasonably priced if you go during curtain times. Stay away from the arcade unless you get a special deal, otherwise $$. Customer service was great, I did not eat, so I can't comment on that.

We have been many times for the arcade and bowling. The staff are very friendly and help us purchase tickets that best fit our desired activities.
Recently we went there for dinner for my daughter's 6th birthday and the manager, Charlie, went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience.
We always have a great time here and it's always clean and friendly.
