Main Event Highlands Ranch

This is amazing place to come and have a great afternoon of fun, laughter and connect with friends. Bowling is my favorite. I would appreciate that the courts have more maintenance. They are not completely straight flat and the ball doesn’t go straight. Besides that, great place.

Everything was fantastic, had so much fun with my grandsons. Great service at the bowling and dinner. Jacy was our server at dinner and she was great!!

The food was good but the event planner lady and her Manager sucked are package for what we bought came with unlimited soft drinks the manager tried saying we can't have that and he needed proof so we showed him and he said okay so my son tired refilling his cup several times and told him it gets shut down at a certain time but then I saw other people filling there cups!!!!! We also got unlimited game time and apparently you can't use that to get prizes which I asked the event lady and she said she thought so then after I asked her again she said no and tired to back track and make an excuse and said she thought I ment this and that! The event lady also said she was going to pack are food for us and she never did that either!! Will not be going back all the money spent and we got treated like that smh nope never again!

I want to give a huge shout out to Kyle and Jacy at this location. They went above and beyond with the service tonight and treated us with so much kindness and patience. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable on the ropes corse, and that we were having a good time. Compassion is huge but isn’t always a part of customer services and these two individuals were some of the most compassionate and kind people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you both so much

EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works here is sooooo nice! Whoever staffs this place is brilliant. I’ll come back again and again just because they treated me and my family so great. And bonus…the food is yummy and the kids had a blast!!!

This one in Highlands ranch is a fun one. I've been to a couple others across the United States. The one in Chesterfield Missouri is much better. But this one's still a lot of fun. I'm not going to lie. The food is basically a step above carnival food. But the service usually is pretty damn good. Especially considering they have a lot of young very young kids working there. Just be careful you can spend a lot of money in here. I'll come back. I always enjoy it, especially with the grandkid.

Had fun, but did not enjoy the false advertising. I went in for the 12.99 all you can play games and activities, and on the website it says you get a game card. We did not get a game card, and when asked if we could get one, they said that it's not included. We shook it off and went to bowl. While bowling, we got some happy hour snacks and drinks. Upon getting our bill, we had noticed that they did not give us happy hour pricing on anything that we ordered, and it was twice what we expected. Just know that the 12.99 deal that used to be a steal, is now just a lie

Great for kids of all ages - arcade, ropes course, bowling, bar, food. Only negative is the bumper bowling lanes are broken and they booked us for them still :-l
