First time there, we got there fairly early this morning, so it wasn't terribly busy yet. I was standing in line for the Gravity Ropes, not knowing that you have to make a reservation. 4 employees standing in the shop where you pick your prizes made eye contact with me multiple times, and they continued chatting and texting on their phones. Our bowling lane kept stalling and it was nearly impossible to get assistance the call button was not operational and the rest button did not work, we gave up before our time ended. The poor people working the bowling area were spread too thin. Doubt a return visit is in my future.

Overall clean and seems like a fun place. Unfortunately one bad interaction can ruin an experience. The gentleman that was working in the prize area couldn’t be bothered to be kind to my family. This was on a week day and no one was in the arcade. He seemed very inconvenienced by us.

Went to play Halo but the bartenders (multiple) were so rude we left shortly after arriving. Got a draft beer in a dirty glass. Ended up spending $22 on 3 drinks (one of which we didn't drink).

My daughter and I were in the area on vacation and needed to kill some time so we stopped here to bowl. Nice facility. We had fun. But there was only 1 person ahead of us in line. I counted since we were on a schedule - It took 12 minutes for them to check out. It felt like it took forever just to get a bowling lane. We were ready to just leave. But we bowled 2 games and it killed a chunk of time.
