This is by far the best run McDonald's I've been to in a very long time. The staff are kind and helpful, unlike many locations where it seems impossible to get them to acknowledge your existence. Anytime I ask for something, they're quick to help with a smile on their face.

Randomly closed during business hours even though they took my money when I placed a mobile order through the app that said they were open. Worker said there was no reason and they just felt like closing.

The McDonald's on Highlands Ranch Parkway and Broadway has employees that are very pleasant and very helpful. I always go out of my way to dine at this location. I think it is a positive reflection on the owner and the manager. Their values are recognized by my husband, my daughter and I.

We went through the drive through on a hot day and asked for a small water. The man said yes and to pull up, when we got to the second window, another employee yelled at us and told us we had to go inside for water and can’t have it through the drive through even though we have done this before!

the manager that was working on drive thru today with a few employees was very rude. if she dislikes her job so much, she needs to find a new one, not take it out on her employees and customers. she had on a red shirt & she was smaller in stature, not sure her name, but she needs a reality check or something

Ordered a Mc griddle in the drive through, was barely able to understand the person through thier microphone. Recieved 2 buns with nothing inside. Went inside to get a new one and they added cold sausage on the same bun, no cheese.
For the prices they charge with this quality of service I HIGHLY recommend you just go to snarfs on the other side of the road, you'll get better food and more of it for the same price.
Also a note for management, thier carbon monoxide alarm is broken and always flashes an alarm.

DONE with this location.4th time the drive thru order wrong. A simple QP Deluxe, Xtra pickles, became a Double QP Deluxe,( I hate double meat on burgers). It had a single 3x3 piece of limp lettuce, NO tomato, 3 pickles, NO onion, TONS of mayo. Drowning in mayo. It was beyond disgusting & inedible I have never had such poor quality from McDonalds. It felt like no one cared or could even be bothered to make this fresh or correctly. Do better. Do MUCH better. But, you have lost us as customers.

Literally the worst fast food place i have ever been to. They are completely incapable of getting the simplest of orders correct. Not once three or four times. EVERY TIME. Taking off a single condiment should not be so hard and confusing.........stopped coming for months because I was tired of wasting my lunch break. Gave it another try and same thing order wrong. Pathetic.

I wish ZERO stars were here at this point. My friend just wanted to get fries and the guy helping us was unbelievably rude. We first said hi and he answered very rude. Then we asked for two sauces and he rudely told us no or to get out of the drive through. then we pulled up to the window and asked again and he yelled at us to leave and go take our business at another mcdonald’s. I will not be back and I want to let others know how rude the employee was there.
