The one in the drive thru was really rude FOR NO REASON it’s not clients fault if they’re not having a good day, I asked for a happy meal first and she just replied in a bad mode and I just get surprised and repeat the order and she start to yelling at me “yes yes a happy meal what else” (I did not said what drink I want for that, nothing) and I tried to tell her what to drink and she just keep saying “what else” and I said “I just trying to confirm sorry” and all the time she was really rude so I go away.

Absolutely horrible experience, will never be returning. They made us pull up and wait for our food, just for them to bring out the completely wrong order. I brought it inside to correct it and I sat waiting there for minutes even though nobody was in the lobby. When I finally got my food I drove home to find out they didn’t give me any sauces. That was the last $8 I had to my name and now I get to eat dry, flavorless chicken nuggets.

Plainly put this McDonald's is the worst! I will personally say to stay away from this location until it's been evaluated for food safety by the county Healt department

I have found that ever since they started using the kiosk, the people at the counter are not as friendly and helpful. Being a senior citizen i find that annoying. However not true at this McDonald's. They were very friendly and helpful.

Went for breakfast yesterday and was charged for the completely wrong order in the drive thru. Tried to verify with the cashier that it was the correct order and they already swiped my card. When I got up to the second window, they took my receipt and told me they'll give me the correct order without a refund and told me to pull up to the drive thru spot. We sat in the designated spot for 15 minutes while about 6 other cars went through the drive thru successfully. When it was empty, we went back around to ask where our food was. The manager on duty around 11:00 am was extremely rude when I explained what happened and asked what I wanted and why I was at the window. I had to repeat 3 separate times that I either wanted a refund or asked where my food was after waiting for over 20 minutes by the time this was done.

Absolutely insane to make a driver wait over ten minutes for a small order. And then asked how much longer want to get snobby and say can you wait. This location is a joke. Rude employees.

One of the dirtiest locations. It doesn’t matter at what time we come, it’s always dirty. All tables are always dirty. We have to ask to get one cleaned every time and they give us dirty looks when we ask. We need to ask 2 or 3 times because no one wants to do them.
There’s also a side hustle going on. One of the employees brings food and snacks and sets up in the play area. All employees and customers are invited to buy.
The men’s bathroom was so nasty, that my husband gagged after walking in there.

Whomever the female manager was working at this location around 1 o’clock today, was incredibly rude and has a serious attitude problem that should keep her from customer facing positions in the future.
I hate the fact that I felt like I did something wrong by simply coming back to your restaurant to ask for an order to be remade after receiving it made incorrectly yesterday.
.. I also found it poetic that someone came in right after me for the same issue. But was also met with the same rudeness from this manager.

If this kind of service or behavior continues, I will be approaching this manager directly for her information so I can report it to McDonald’s management for further investigation.

While using the drive thru, I had to repeat my order six times and they still charged me wrong, and still did not give me the right order I placed. When entering the store to speak to a manager about the order, nobody in the front spoke english, and the manager had difficulty understanding as well, they then proceeded to hand us the wrong food, which had also been sitting out for a while(1/4 pound patty on a big mac bun with cardboard texture and cold). If you go here, I highly recommend using the app or a website because nobody really understands anyone here, and during the day.
