Although the lobby itself was clean, I used the restroom before I ordered and saw an employee leave the stall and exit the restroom without washing her hands then went back to work like it was her norm.... Glad I hadn't already ordered 🤢 so cant say how tasty the food is... but 0 on service for sure!

Food is always hot, accurate and quickly delivered. This restaurant has to be the cleanest McDonalds! Almost every time I am here someone is either mopping or cleaning the eating area.

They don’t run the air conditioner in the play place. It’s easily 20 degrees hotter in there than the rest of the restaurant. The kids were sweating

They were very fast, however they gave me the wrong sandwich so I had to turn around and go back. They did give me a replacement egg mcmuffin very quickly.

I have had to ask for a full smoothie twice now. If you see it’s not full and the customer is paying almost $5.00 then fix it and don’t make me ask for what I paid form

Update: Manager Elizabeth called to make it right today. Even though it was just a toy she still reached out which made my sons day.
Went to get food and my kids wanted the pokemon meals. Got home to find one box with the pokemon stuff and one box had sonic. I had a disappointed 7 year old who was excited for that. If you have the pokemon cards why are you giving the old toys?

Today I went to place my order at 6:00 pm through the drive-thru and there was a very friendly young lady. I liked her attention. My food was on time. I asked for extra sauces and she delivered them to me without any problem. I like being served like this. A very good experience today, I will return.
Cold old fries at 1:30 pm?? Terrible window service at window 2. I Had to ask for ketchup, napkins and a straw (basic stuff)The Spanish guy at the window acted like I was asking for too much. He was too busy talking and laughing with his team and wouldn’t even look or turn toward me. He half heartedly handed me what I asked for while looking inside the restaurant engaged with the people inside. I guess it’s just too much to expect anything more than them taking your credit card to pay for your food. I Won’t go back again!

My wife and I stopped here to get a pair of sodas. When I pulled up to the window where they hand out food, the worker tried to direct us to pull forward instead of just handing us the drinks that the machine made as he was asking. When I stated we just had sodas and didn't want to pull forward, he got mad, and as soon as I looked away, my wife watched him stick his fingers in my drink. He then gave attitude to us when we asked for a manager so we could get a refund instead of the drinks that he had tampered with.

Worst McD’s in Denver. Wait times are lol, staff doesn’t care even a bit… You can literally wait for half an hour and then ask, only to find out they have no clue what you ordered. Whoever manages/owns this franchise deserves to be laughed out of business, period.
