I visited Mici for the first time and mentioned this to the cashier while asking for help with the menu.
She was friendly, and after placing my order, she flipped the register around and presented me with my total and a pre-selected 15% tip—before I even received any food. I accepted it and chose to receive my receipt by email, so I didn’t notice the additional 3% “operations fee” until I got home. For a first-time guest, that felt misleading.
Unfortunately, the lasagna was a major letdown. It tasted bland and sour, as if the only seasoning used was vinegar. After a few bites, I threw it away. For $15+, I could have had better from the freezer. It didn’t taste authentic.
The restaurant itself didn’t feel clean. The walls and table top were dirty, which added to the ick feeling. Between the unexpected fees, poor food quality, and overall atmosphere, I won’t be returning.

Poor delivery service with no good communication. Pizza was 1/2 hour late and cold. The young lady at MICI stated she had no way of tracking driver, but we received a Tracking text. Better communication is needed to customer when going to be very late.

This was our second trip to this business. Our first trip was to the micis on arapahoe and s university. That trip was a disaster. The food is overpriced for what tasted like a microwave dinner. The customer service was poor,it was as if the employees were annoyed that they had to get off of their phones to help us. Later on that night my Son became ill. This was the only food he had to eat that day. We decided to give your company a second chance because not all franchises are the same and we hoped this location would be better so we went to the highlands ranch location. Big mistake. The customer service at that location was pretty bad also. The two employees that helped us seemed out of it, like they were stoned, as we had to repeat our order 3 times before they got it right when we got the receipt we noticed that a tip had been added to the bill when we hit the no tip button. Very frustrating. Then we got our food. Bland and small portions for the money.I have had microwave food that is better than this overpriced slop! NOT A GOOD VALUE IN ANY WAY!!! When I complained about the tip being added they said they would refund the amount but I haven't seen it hit my bank yet. Suffice it to say we will never be back and never spend another dime at this horrible establisment!

I just tried it for the first time and I ordered Rosa. It is wonderful. The service was quick and fast and friendly and I’m Italian and I’m pretty picky and I was blown away by the taste of the penny pasta and the sauce. Definitely will be a repeat guess.

If you’re looking for an “Italian pizza” or specifically a Neapolitan style pizza then let this be your warning to not come here. This is a fast food pizza place with a fancy name and a bunch of uneducated review stars. I’m sorry but you cannot make a decent pizza with premade frozen dough and cornmeal… the amount of cornmeal on this pizza was a pizza sin, I would even go as far as saying that little Caesar’s would do a better job on a “Margarita” than this place did. Zero flavor whatsoever. Had the nice girl at the counter not been so pleasant it’s a zero star pizza joint. Worst pizza I’ve had in a looonnng time. I’ve had better pizza from 7/11 or QT in Texas, zero exaggeration.
Pizza was dry, lacked sauce. Pepperoni was in the middle of the pizza and not spread out evenly. 3rd time ordering from this site in Highlands Ranch and they have missed something every time. Prior two times they forgot items on the order.
I had mici pizza in Colorado Springs and it was good, this location pizza was not tasty and was soggy.

Great tasting pizzas, and the staff were very kind.
Adam was a phenomenal server and went above and beyond. Great gluten free options highly recommend the Giardino with an added protein.
Food is always good. Micis is great for catering. Maddy and the employees are awesome. Friendly and always very courteous. Maddy brings a lot of positive energy to this store.
We have ordered carry out twice, specifically calzones. Food is decent and good in a pinch as to what to eat in the food desert called highlands ranch. I am writing this review because their dining area is gross (trash on the floor, concrete spartan cheap plastic furniture). A few families were eating there and looked unhappy. Not a place you would want to eat a meal at. Buy the food and take it home, don’t let there dining room ruin the meal.
