My chicken was very over salted and the rest of my dish was mushy and overcooked. I was hoping for better quality control from this premium priced fast casual restaurant. This is my second bad experience with Modern Market.

The food was fresh and delicious. I like the new decor. However, it’s always freezing in there, as if they over air condition the place. I always take a sweater and wear pants OR sit outside.

Was pretty disappointed at our last visit this past Sunday. I hadn’t been to Mod Market in a few months. I asked a few questions about seed oils and employees referenced the recipe book and it was still unclear what contained seed oils. I asked if the chef could make a chicken breast w/o oil, and the employee said “all of the food comes packaged and already prepared.” That is not the old MM I know. They used to pride themselves on fresh ingredients and quality. Disappointing....
