We went hoping to get a Chicago thin crust to see if it was similar to what is actually served in Chicago. Unfortunately, we were given a hand tossed pizza, and it did not impress. If you are into that style, it might be fine, but it was too doughy for us.
Best deep dish pizza I have ever had in my LIFE. And I mean that— Nicolo’s does it right. Aside from the delicious food, it’s a great spot to sit down for a casual meal with friends or family. The service was speedy (especially for freshly made food!) and Holly was attentive, accommodating, and sincerely kind. I will most definitely be back!
Holy moly! What a great experience it was going to Nicolo’s in Highlands Ranch. The service was amazing—speedy and such kind staff. The food was absolutely amazing! Getting some garlic cheese bread as an appetizer is a must. And this Chicago style pizza is truly divine! Definitely recommend!
