Depending upon my selection, the results of my culinary indulgence are either exceptionally pleasing or inadequately prepared. Specifically, when I opt for the pesto, penne rosa, or Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, I am consistently satisfied and believe that I have received my money's worth. However, when I choose to order more straightforward items such as buttered noodles, potstickers, or any meat-based side orders, my experience is often disappointing. Despite the seemingly effortless preparation of buttered noodles, I have frequently received overcooked, insipid, and unappetizing dishes. The potstickers are usually undercooked, frigid, and unpalatable. The staff often finds the preparation of meat-based side orders challenging, resulting in an inconsistent presentation of the dishes. However, when I ordered the parmesan chicken on top of a dish, I found it to be delectable and well-executed.The service at the restaurant in question has been a subject of mixed experiences. It is heavily contingent on the day and the workers involved. On some occasions, the workers are efficient and welcoming, while on other days, they lack fundamental motor skills, rendering them incompetent. Regrettably, the restaurant has had cases where meals have gone missing or where I was served the wrong dish, which bore no resemblance to the original order. The unreliable quality of service is unacceptable, and it is imperative that the restaurant maintains a consistent quality of service and food.This establishment has other branches, such as the one-off of University Blvd., where I have reported more favorable experiences. On the other hand, I have had a negative experience at different locations, such as the one in Aspen Grove, which is significantly worse than the former. Although the restaurant in question is relatively affordable, the inconsistency in the quality of service and food is unworthy of customers' hard-earned money. The restaurant must uphold a consistent level of service and quality to satisfy its customers.

Rude to high schoolers when we spend money there almost every week. Will not give water cups out- they make you buy a $3 soda cup?? (I'm pretty that's illegal)

this place is such a rip off. their food is delicious but the amount of food I got having ordered extra noodles, sauce, and chicken is a scam. I can't justify the cost any more and this is not the first time I've been disappointed.

I should've read the reviews before spending $30 for tasteless food AND incomplete order. One of the dishes was Pad Thai with Shrimp but when opening the container? No shrimp! But yes, they did charge me for it.. the other dish was Japanese noodles.. I had to add tons of soy sauce to get some flavor. $30 to the trash.. don't bother.

First off there are a BUNCH of poor reviews here that are clearly outdated due to what appears to be issues related to the pandemic from over a year ago. I feel like this needs to be clear because in our experiences in 2023... this place has been in the 4.5/5 range for us.Our kids have tried the macaroni and cheese and the spaghetti and meatball dishes and have been quite pleased My daughter loved the mac and now insists on getting the adult size. The restaurant has always been clean, laid back, good for families, and the staff has always been very kind and attentive to us.We also downloaded the app which has made pickup easy and we already started redeeming points for desserts and such. We'll be coming back regularly!

Not thrilled last night, but no time to take it back and complain. Ordered standard Mac 'n cheese and got fresh green onions for some reason. Scraped off the onions and lots of the cheese on top on the process. Disappointed with my final noodles that had a whisper of shredded cheese on top and a lingering onion taste.

Terrible! Poor service & food prep. They couldn’t figure out how to order a standard dish (pasta Fresca with shrimp) with zucchini noodles, had to repeat the order multiple times. Then no zucchini noodles ready to serve, the ones we did receive weren’t cooked properly. Asked for one dish with light sauce & one dish with extra sauce. Received the light sauce dish swimming in sauce (it was like soup!), extra sauce dish was virtually dry.

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a salad and there’s been no dressing. Do you know how depressing it is to eat a salad without dressing? It’s a very sad experience that I’ve lived over and over again now. It’s a $12 salad. Please don’t make me live through this again. I beg you. (5 stars because the salad WITH dressing is fire.)
