Was so disappointed and sad to see the menu change—and with it, worse food. The workers are delightful though. Just very upset over this!

I have used this location for a while and have never had any issue until my last visit a couple weeks ago. I ordered my food and was going over the veggies included because the woman taking the order seemed to be struggling. She rudely cut me off and said 'I know what's in it I have to enter them separately '
I ordered a special way due to a very bad allergy to mushrooms.
Got my food loaded with mushrooms! Took it back to have her be rude again. Got the re order now missing the cheese. Asked for that and to go boxes because I had eaten several bites before I saw the mushrooms and was already starting to itch. The manager on duty didn't speak to me even though he was aware of what was happening. The only person who asked if I was ok was a customer!
Now 10 days later after being promised a full refund as well as gift card's I'm told today that for some unknown random reason my refund didn't process and I'd now have to wait an additional week for a check. Gift card's supposedly mailed last week still aren't here I guess because of the holiday! So I am out almost 50$ itched and was sick for 2 days. Got treated badly like I was trying to get free food and actually had the rude employee say she read back my order and when said that wasn't true rolled her eyes huffed her breath and walked away.
Super disappointed and will definitely not visit this location again. FOOD ALERGYS ARE REAL AND PEOPLE CAN DIE. Be sure to have your order read back and check it before eating if you suffer from an allergy because that careless employee failed me and could fail you as well...

The taste of the food was fine, but I’m a vegetarian and I ordered the mushroom tortellini. For $9 I literally got 7 tortellini on my plate, nothing else. More than $1 per small tortellini?? Was not impressed.

Staff are awesome. Never had a problem at this location til today where they forgot some add one I had and they immediately rectified it. Awesome location

We walked in and they said that the wait just to take the order it would be 30 minutes. Disappointing. Used to love this place.

This is consistently the least clean Noodles we've eaten at, and we've been to A LOT of locations. They don't have very many booths, the one pictured is the one we chose since it was the most clean, but ick! The whole place is a mess. Even worse, the bathroom is a shared bathroom with other places and it's pretty gross. I'm really sad that the other Highlands Ranch location closed because it was always kept spotless, had more seating, much nicer outdoor seating and nice bathrooms. Giving two stars since the food tasted okay...

Employee at counter was very rude and bowl was missing ingredients AGAIN. Will not be returning they just can’t ever seem to get it right :(

Worst Noodles and company I've been in. Cashier got me to sign up for the rewards but after told me he wouldn't count my meal towards it. Long wait after zero line. No clean tables to sit at.

I witnessed a patron come into the restaurant and order more than 30 various meals (apparently for a sports team) with customizations and individualized names for each dish at the counter. The order was not placed online. The staff was not provided a heads-up for the gravity of this single order ahead of time. The staff handled this patron and all that followed her with grace and dignity, even though her sole act created a bottleneck for everyone that followed, ensuring that meals came out hot and as quickly as possible. Well done!

Melony, Kevin, and Mercury are all very kind employees at this location. They were all very respectful throughout my visit. I got the Mac and Cheese with extra cheese sauce and Parmesan crusted chicken. It was made quickly, warm, and delicious. I will continue to come to this Noodles due to the cleanliness and the friendly interactions I had with those 3 employees!

Ordered a penna Rosa with chicken. Got this notification 15 min after I placed my order. What is going on over there?

There was plastic in my meal. Like a piece of plastic, i wonder what other contamination may happen there.

This place is busy, but they manage to move the line quickly, so we don't have too long of a wait for our food.
