I am very impressed by this establishment. I was really impressed by the flavor of the pizza I ordered, the chicken bacon ranch with some extra toppings on it. They got my order correct and it was very timely and delicious. I liked the multiple screens near the bar and on the walls, so you are bound to find something to watch. The establishment is very clean and welcoming! They also have a great selection of taps on hand as well!

Just had dinner at Old Chicago with my family and the food and service was great. Our server Connor was super attentive and friendly, we will definetly be coming back to this location for our next pizza night!

Me and my wife have come here multiple times, never had an issue. Today we dropped by at 11am and where seated. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody approached us. The bar tender and a guy at the front seemed to be the only ones working. We were walked passed 4 times by the guy in the front during this wait. Never asked us anything.
We ended up leaving, not sure what is going on.

A perfect place to chill and eat comfort food! Not too loud, tvs everywhere and a very nice server who brought food fast! Yummy personal pizza thin crust bbq chicken was delicious!

This location is more modern. It reminds me of a BWW.
The food is just like all other OCs and hit the spot. They are constant with their food and the staff are respectful and responsive. They also have really good daily specials.

Service was great but kind of slow. Place was very busy when we arrived and parking was very hard to find. But by the time we left the parking had cleared out

We ordered delivery from their site and I guess they contract out to Uber Eats. The driver only brought half our order and said she was going to go back and get the rest. Long story short I ended up having to go and pick up the rest myself. The manager took a little convincing but eventually refunded us for the half of the meal that was not delivered. (UE drivers take what the host hands them.) Like I said, the manager made it right butbit was still super inconvenient and I don't recommend getting delivery here.

Paid a premium for delivery and the delivery driver waited for an hour and then Old Chicago said they never got the order. Sent a copy of the order and still gave the driver a hard time. Never got my order and never got a refund. Definitely doin’t order delivery! It is a shit show at this place.
