Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Worst service we have ever had at this location. We came to celebrate my brothers birthday and have never had this terrible of an experience.After being sat we waiting 20 minutes and watched multiple servers including our server walk past without saying a word. We attempted to order drinks on the tablet but that did nothing. Even tried the call server button. After our server Candace finally came over we ordered. After another 20 minutes our drinks were empty soup and salads empty. The server stopped by and started getting our refills not shortly after manager Adreanna a lady with green hair walked up saw that everything was empty asked if we were ok when we said the service wasn’t great but our server was working on getting refills. By this point every table in the section had cleared out except the two that the other server had. The manager never came back by to assist the server that was clearly struggling with handling 2 tables. Our entrees came out by a male server from a different section our drinks were empty again. We waited 15 minutes to see our server again after our food was dropped off. At that point we were fed up and just took boxes to get out. Very poor management tonight which does not help incompetence amongst the servers. We can understand having a bad night but coming from the service industry there are a few things that obviously need to be retrained such as basics, customer service, greeting and communication. These basic items were missed and I hope this review finds the right person to correct such poor behavior from the whole staff.

I mean, it's Olive Garden food is a great value

It's a chain what can you say. Our server was great. I'm not sure why people get so excited for their endless salad is basically the same bag salad that you could get at the grocery store with some olives and peppers thrown in. The soup was fine the pasta dishes we had were pretty good

2 hours after I ate here my stomach hurt really bad. I don't recommend eating here!!!!! I'm very disappointed.

Pretty damn good. It had gone downhill in previous years - but tonight was excellent. Hot breadsticks, cold fresh salad and the entree was perfect. Service was great, even though it was busy. Way better than I remember!!

This Olive Garden is great - they seat us quickly every time, are great at checking in, and bring food out within a reasonable time. I really like this location due to the service!

Server (Jasmine) was amazingly attentive. The food came out quick and was correct. It is one of our best OG experiences to date.

Overpriced bland “Italian” food. You’re better off buying jarred spaghetti sauce and pasta and cooking your own at home…both cheaper and tastier!

Won’t return to Olive Garden!
