Great service. Great time with good people. Food was fresh and satisfying. Even for lunch was solid without the busyness of normal dining time.

OK for fairly generic Mexican food. Always enjoy the chips and salsa!

My wife likes the Margarita Swirls and Live Guac so we come here often. Lately they have struggled with their service and food quality. We met a friend for dinner tonight and the server, although very nice, struggled because she had too many tables to take care of. I understand it is a tough position to be in however she made several mistakes, forgot to bring drinks and the food took forever to be delivered. Probably not her fault however the entire experience was not good. I had a chicken burrito and I tasted more tortilla than chicken. My friend order a dish that came out wrong. The server ordered the correct food to fix it however it took so long to get to him we just asked for the check and left. I used to be in the restaurant business as a manager and I see signs that are not promising. They are either struggling to get staff or their business has slowed down so they are not scheduling enough staff. So when they have a busy night the service and food quality suffer. Since my wife likes the place I continue to come however I am pretty much done giving them chance after chance. These experiences are starting to happen every visit.

The service was exceptional. The staff worked together to serve the tables and did it with a great attitude and a personal touch. I’m happy the food was good too! I’ll go back for the combo fajita platter! The shrimp was fresh and seasoned very well, as well was the chicken and the steak. I did have a couple bites of not-as-tender steak but overall it was really good. Like I said, I’ll go back.Parking: The parking area is a large lot - kind of secluded behind another business. So not a lot of traffic in that lot. It has parking spots lining 3 sides of the restaurant and it has a nice sidewalk to the door. Easier for my mom who is concerned about falling walking across a parking lot.

I have been to almost every OTB in the state, THIS LOCATION is by far the best in regards to food and customer service!!! Our waitress (Miranda) was excellent...happy, prompt, efficient, and all about customer service! The manager even stopped by our table and was also very personable! Thanks for a great experience and evening on December 12th!

Service was friendly but just disappeared at times for long stretches even though we were one of only a handful of tables being served. While we were greeted and seated fast, it was easily 10-15 mins before the waiter returned to take our order and then seemed surprised we were ready by that point. When he was with us, he did a good job, and I was surprised the order was actually correct considering he didn't need to write down anything, and our orders (especially at Mexican restaurants) can get rather complicated. Three of us had fajitas, and one had enchiladas. Again, food was good. Not great if you're comparing OTB to what you'd get in Texas from a non-chain, but as we've already determined, this isn't Texas, and anything close to top-notch TexMex is really hard to find. So, chips, tortillas, and rice that actually taste how you'd expect them to taste may be about as good as you should reasonably expect here.Fajita meat tastes much better in a tortilla with other fixings than by itself, but again, this is OTB. There was a good amount of meat and grilled vegetables. For two, we held all condiments other than the guacamole, and we were surprised that 1) we still only got the tiny container of guac, and 2) for some reason, we were charged for extra guac even though no extra guac was received. I did get that taken off the bill, a correction that took yet another ten mins to fix.In total, food gets a 3-4. Service probably gets around a 2. There's no reason this meal should've taken almost two hours to complete.

Waited to be seated for about 4-5 minutes, no one came to the hostess area to seat us. Had enough time to look up where else to go before leaving.

Do yourself the favor and don't eat here. The food was old and gross. The manager did comp our meal.

Sometimes wonder if food not eaten off your plate is scraped off & saved for next customer. Food brought out cold. Told server. They nuked it rather than make new dish. On top of that we were still charged. Will warn others to stay away. Poor service also and wasnt busy. Take these restaurants and Stay on the border in Mexico if you can't serve u.s. citizens what they expect!!!
