One of the best Panda’s I’ve been to! Store is clean. Customer Service was amazing. Food was hot and fresh. Joshua checked on us and asked if everything tasted good. Definitely recommend coming here!

Really great customer service, super friendly staff. Hot fresh food. Went above and beyond to serve me and accommodate my large order when they were just minutes from closing. Food was delicious.

Very typical Panda Express food and atmosphere. No drive through unfortunately but overall a good place to eat.

The food is usually pretty fresh and available. Service is friendly and quick, despite having to wait for some entrees to be prepared on demand. Atmosphere is just ok. I recommend the orange chicken and black pepper steak. They have very limited vegetarian options.
Vegetarian options: Only a few options, fried rice, greens, chow mein.

Highlands Ranch, Panda Express.
I went through the drive thru at dinner. I ordered 3 entrees and 5 sides. I received none of my sides. I called, as I was several miles away, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, no answer. Went in today to inquire and let them know about the mistake. I had a credit card receipt, but they wouldn’t do anything without the paper receipt. Super rude blonde behind the counter was very stern about not making this right. Customer service ZERO stars.

The entire meal tasted rotten. The drive through also took an extremely long time.
Every time I have come here the food looks over cooked and dried out. Never have I seen the full selection available. Last night five things left to choose from all of it looked nasty. Hour before closing and was told the kitchen was closed. Usually the older lady who runs this one has a don't care attitude

Manager Vanessa, maybe the GM, was extremely rude in her tone, her overall demeanor was uninviting.
You have a new hot orange chicken and I asked if I could taste it. She immediately snapped back (without cause) “no we don’t do samples”. I was caught off guard and simply asked why, and her response was that they didn’t do samples since Covid. It’s weird as I have had absolutely no issues trying something since Covid at various Panda locations.
Other statements were “it’s very hot” and I said to her “well if I don’t like it, you’ll still replace it then?” to which she replied “No, because I told you it was very hot”
Now maybe Vanessa believes she can read minds because my worry wasn’t heat but taste. I like hot foods but sometimes making something hot also makes it not taste the best. Example Nashville Hot Chicken, I’ve had the hottest but don’t like the flavor at all it’s not a good trade. The less hot versions taste better to me. Same with hot sauces.
I also mentioned to her that everyone’s pallets are different and what one find’s “very hot” another may find to be very mild, as in this case. This was definitely not “very hot” and simply a lil spicy (to me) no runny nose or little sweat beads etc.
Vanessa simply needs to learn how to respond appropriately to customers and not assume she knows the concern.
Anyway, the food was good, service was horrible. Also when I asked for her name and mentioned how rude she was her employees didn’t defend her at all if you get what I’m saying. It seems to be a common theme. Maybe the 2.7 rating on Google relays that. Maybe. Lol

The food is what you'd expect from Panda. However, they gave my child a completely empty box for their meal (we got take out and didn't notice until we got home).

Food is alright but they never have super greens or green bean chicken. What’s the point of having it in your menu if it’s never there. It makes the wait for food always as long as it takes to make them. Every single time instead of the random chance the entree you want needs to be remade.
