Panera is a go-to for healthy meals that taste good!

I have not been to Panera in years, but the quality has absolutely declined to dog food. The half-salad, half-sandwich was awful. The salad was all iceberg lettuce, the dressing was oversaturated and sugary with absolutely no flavor (a few strawberries were ok). It was $31 for two lunch half-and-half. The service was miserable. They have absolutely gone downhill.

Staff was super rude to me this morning for no good reason.

It’s sad that we arrived it was only 5:45 and all the coffee, creamer etc.. was picked up. As we came in a worker said oh here’s another one. The food was good, but the overall experience was they all just wanted to go home.

I've been going into this restaurant almost every day for months ordering the same food. Many times it was made correctly but as of lately it has not. When I told the asst manager she made my order still not right and charged me every time despite what their receipt says...very disappointed- will not go back there.

Terrible service, almost every time there is a mistake or a problem with my order. There is never anyone taking your order, so you have to use the stupid screen. The line is then endless because no one can figure out the order screen. Will I go back?: yes, of course. It's Panera.

Fresh ingredients and quick service.

This was our first time eating at this location and we'll definitely be back! I placed an order for pickup and it was so seamless. I walked in towards the shelf with the rapid pick up orders and an employee asked if I was heading over there, I said yes, and he handed me my bag and drink cup! The bag was sealed and still warm. I think I was in and out within 30-45 seconds. It was awesome. Will absolutely be coming here again in the future for both dine in and pickup orders!

Several times we have ordered food to go from Panera and this location, they have forgotten part of the order. This happens very frequently from Panera restaurants at both this Highlands Ranch location and the Lone Tree store.

I have been to this Panera on multiple occasions and I have received excellent customer service each time. I want to specifically recognize both Sydney and Claire due to their hard work and patience. My friend and I were unsure about what we were going to order and Claire was very helpful and patient with us. I love coming to this Panera - the employees are always very friendly and inviting.

Don't bother using the App for this location. About half the time, this store does not have the inventory on hand. Ezamples: Pastries, smoothies and souffles.

The girl behind the counter was friendly enough, but the baked potato soup was watery, the brocoli cheddar was congealed, and (yes, really) they were out of bread so we got a really lame bag of chips. Blag. Close to $30 for 2 marginal bowls of soup and a half sandwich? They apparently had bread for sandwiches...? Overall less than high-school cafeteria grade.
