The sign said cash only, but the kiosk was working, so I placed my order there. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me the entire time. My lunch sat on the counter for quite a while before I finally went up to ask if it was mine—only to be met with an annoyed look. As I walked away, I overheard the same employee complaining that she needed a day off.
Panera used to feel so warm and welcoming, but this visit felt the opposite—almost like stepping into the twilight zone.

My husband ordered soup and sandwiches for me to pick up. I asked who I assumed was the manager if she had an order for me and she looked at the screen and said no. I called my husband to make sure of the location and he said he received an email saying it was ready. I then told the same lady what my husband said and she then told me to see the cashier. I was there longer than I needed to be. His sandwich and soup was fine but I had ordered tomato basil bread and soup but received more like Italian bread. I’ve had their tomato basil bread and it definitely wasn’t that. Also I received more like 1/4 of a sandwich instead of 1/2. I felt like the employees were not happy. Seemed disorganized and no one ever smiled. Not sure if I’ll be going back there again.

I can't eat here anymore. The restaurant is so dirty. It also smelled like they had a sewage backup. Crumbs all over the floor, benches and seats. The handle of the creamer was sticky. Maybe they are understaffed from corporate change but they lost this customer.

The food was decent but the restaurant was incredibly dirty! Plates and bowls stacked high; trash full to the top. I’m not sure we will come back to the location as we have seen a steady decline here with workers not happy at all. I blame management for this one!

So overpriced and didn't get the chicken on my chicken salad. We did go about 20 minutes to closing and by the time I got home and settles in to eat, they were already closed, so couldn't call or go back. I got their summer type salad with chicken (well) and fruit. Chick Fil A has a much better salad, similar, but ay least twice the size and for less money.

Staff could care less about customer service. Worst experience I’ve had at a Panera

I have not been to Panera in years, but the quality has absolutely declined to dog food. The half-salad, half-sandwich was awful. The salad was all iceberg lettuce, the dressing was oversaturated and sugary with absolutely no flavor (a few strawberries were ok). It was $31 for two lunch half-and-half. The service was miserable. They have absolutely gone downhill.
Staff was super rude to me this morning for no good reason.
