Typical mad Karen review here so here it goes woo! Terrible service twice now. People at this place don’t know how to make a sandwich or read instructions. Literally asked for chicken and they gave me all bread one piece of chicken. One piece lol. Twice now messed up order and keep getting money off to redeem, so keep using to get my money back somehow since last time they messed up I paid for extra items and didn’t get them. They wouldn’t refund me. Gen z a holes can’t even figure how to work at Panera bread. Good job! Not my real name - obviously! Who does that?! Don’t go here! Worst Panera in the area. I won’t be using the 3rd redemption offer they tried sending me. Just taking the loss!

I always enjoy going to Panera and try something different each visit. This time I got the Green Goddess salad which was delicious and protein rich. In the past I've tried other salads which I found equally good. Their soups, sandwiches, and bread are also excellent.

I got a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup which cost $10, and literally came with only a cup of soup and not a bowl of soup. Their prices are ridiculous for the smallest amount of food.

I paid $7.49 for this breakfast sandwich. What an absolute rip off. Then the pick up orders weren't on the shelf. Instead, they said to see the cashier but there was a line of 10 people. I'm not waiting in that for a rapid pick up order. I'm not going back.

All staff looked at me like I was from Mars for showing up before closing. Place was empty and it took 3 minutes for someone to take my order as I watched workers cleaning and preparing to close. I get it, but you’re either open or closed.
