Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager of this location should not be manager. They cancelled my large party order without notifying me and when I called to ask where the delivery guy was, the manager said “We are too busy to accommodate your order.” Even though I did plan ahead in their app, ten hours prior to delivery time they just decided to cancel the order and not call me. I had lots of people at my party waiting for pizza. The manager didn’t even apologize or ask how can I make this right. Very rude and disappointing. Will not be ordering from this branch again. If you need pizza for events I highly recommend going somewhere else!!

We ordered online with no expectation our order would take two hours. We contacted customer service online multiple times with no service received asking to cancel if it would actually take that long. Delivery actually took three hours instead of the estimated two hours which did us no good for dinner. Wot be ordering from this location again

We actually didn’t not get our food. We ordered at 430. Got there at 5 waited till after 6 only to be told it would take another 90 minutes

Outstanding customer service! The gentleman working tonight helped me pack up all the food I got and wished me a nice evening. Doesn’t seem like a lot but it turned what was a bad day for me around into a nice evening. I highly recommend the manager of this store look at the date and time this review was posted and commend the gentleman that helped me!

Update: again, this particular store has outstanding customer service. Helped me bag my drinks and my pizzas and made sure I had everything I needed. I really recommend the manager looks at the schedule and sees who was on shift at the time of this review and give those employees a raise. It’s not often that you get a good enough customer experience to compel you to write not one but a follow up review as well. I’ll never go to a different papa John’s location, this one has earned my loyalty

Great pizza and the works large pizza was outstanding and very tasteful.

Ordered pizza a few weeks ago for pick up. Showed up and pizza ingredients were not right. I discussed with the employee at the register, who said they were correct per the order. Instead of arguing, I left and called the manager. A big thank you to the manager, because they made it right. Just picked up pizza this evening and it was perfect! Thanks to Joel as well for the help this evening!

This local is very non-consistent. We’ve had exceptional food, but our last order had a lot of crust with no toppings. Verges were minimal and haphazardly placed. Ended up adding to the pizza to make it edit.

Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread this evening for pick up. We’ve ordered from this location before, but this will be the LAST time that we ever order from them! The pizzas tasted horrible and ended up throwing them away. There was virtually no sauce, no cheese, and no toppings on them. They should have been sold as flavored bad bread, but certainly not pizza.

Wow. I know how I'm about to sound leaving this review, don't care. Totinos Pizzas that you pop into the toaster oven came out better than this. New York style? Really? We asked for extra sauce on the pizza, instead we got no sauce. NONE. At least the Oreo bites would be good right? No dipping sauce for them. Either this location sucks or Papa Johns really went down hill. I promise you, for the same price, the 12 dollar Veggie pizza at Little Caesars is better. What a disappointment.

Lots of great toppings but the gluten free crust is terrible!!!! Might as well be eating cardboard. The best gluten free crust can be had if you would order from us foods or shamrock and order sweet escapes crust!!!!! With the amount you charge for a tiny GF pizza I would have expected something special. 22.00 for a personal pizza is ridiculous

I ordered over phone, apparently to a call center...I told them the price on menu said $12 not $22.They said I could get it for $18, but not $12.I went to pickup, and showed them the $12 price.They said no problem we'll take care of you.That's Fantastic Customer Service!The only thing that would've made it better would've been delivery Service. But we live too far away. No worries.We will definitely be back!Thank you papa johns staff highlands ranch, Littleton Co!
