Isaac was extremely helpful and very patient dealing with our rambunctious 6 & 8 year olds. My wife and I always enjoy Pei Wei and we are glad to be somewhat close to the last location in the Denver area. The kids devoured all of their food and both gave their experience “a 10 out of 10, 5 stars and 1000 thumbs up!” Thanks for the hospitality, Isaac!

Isaac greeted us and helped us with our order. Our points gave us a buy 2 get 1 entrée free. The hot honey chicken was perfectly prepared by Diego, Luis, and Jessica. Great place to recharge after the Broncos game

PeiWei has been a favorite since we lived in Dallas! They closed the closest location to us (Colorado Mills) so we were excited to dine there again when in South Denver. Not the same as we remembered.

I think Pei Wei “should have “ closed down for the evening Saturday Sept 20th. We placed an order to go, and when we picked up the food the inside of the restaurant smelled like sewer leak. The food was undercooked, broccoli was wilted and brown and the wontons were soggy. Really sucks - we used to love Pei Wei ( sad )

First time in here... food was tasty, my sauce was CRAZY sweet on the firecracker chicken. But the restaurant had a horrible sewer back up smell :(

Mark was attentive as soon as we walked in. He made sure our order was 100% accurate even though it had multiple substitutions. He was friendly throughout and made sure to even check in on us to make sure everything was good.

Fast casual chinese food—good flavors but pretty simple. They need to figure out their line situation—people come in from 2 doors and don’t know how they are expected to queue. If both registers were open, it would help, but rarely are. As such, always takes a while, even if i order ahead. Can’t fault the workers, there just aren’t enough of them for the demand

Pei wei has changed allot since i had last been about 8-9 years ago - for those unfamiliar it used to be akin to PF Changs as more of a nicer sit down resteraunt with table service (they where owned by the same company till about 2017 so the change makes sense) now it's slightly more akin to a panda express where you order at the front and it can be either togo or they can take it to your table if you choose to sit - the self serve drink and condiment bar definitely give it more of a fast food vibe - overall I'd say the food is definitely better than panda express at a comparable price and if your looking for solid takeout this works - atmosphere could probably use a little help but all in all pretty good

Hostess just ignored me and then was shocked when I said No when I said I wasn't helped yet. She literally walked by me multiple times and I stood there patiently as she took the order of others. Am I invisible??
